The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Fun stay at the Ledges

We had a great experience at the Ledges. It was beautiful and very clean and exactly as was listed. Great gathering/visiting areas…..family room, back porch and upstairs deck. It was so awesome to have bathrooms for each bedroom. It was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Sadly we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool and other amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Golf Getaway

This was the perfect spot for four friends to get away for a little golf. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and the cupboards were well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. I will definitely try to stay at this location again!

Great place for a family reunion

So much space ! Everything so clean. Plenty of room for everyone. If you needed some quiet time- spaces available to be by yourself. Neighborhood clean and friendly. Pool was wonderful.

This property was very nice and the kitchen was very well equipped. The space was great and we were grateful for the Direct TV. Pickle ball courts were close and home. I would stay hear again in a minute.

Five Star Stay!

We came here to spend Thanksgiving with our three adult children and their significant others. It was very spacious and far exceeded our expectations. It was so nice to have four King size bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The location was in perfect proximity to biking and hiking at Snow Canyon and only one hour drive to Zion. We all came home with wonderful memories of a great getaway. Highly Recommend!!

Beautiful Property

Loved this location and beautiful property. It was clean and so pretty. Loved the upstairs deck with the gas fireplace, but it wouldn’t stay on very long once it was lit. That was a little disappointing. We called and they had someone come look at it while we were gone, but it still didn’t work. Also, there wasn’t any soap in the downstairs bathroom right off the kitchen. We had to go buy some because it was the bathroom that everyone used while in the common area. But other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Comfortable king sized beds in all 4 bedrooms and nice bathrooms for each bedroom, plus powder room on 1st floor. Making the reservations couldn’t be easier. Golf courses are beautiful & everyone encountered was friendly & helpful. Only less than perfect thing, which is not the fault of the resort - no recycling available

Our family met up in St. George at this lovely condo!! Siblings came from AZ, Las Vegas, and Utah and IL!! Couldn't ask for a better layout- we each had our own private King size BR with full bath, and nice TV! There was even a nice area with bunk beds and tv that would be perfect if there were kids staying. There was plenty of areas to sit and visit with 2 outdoor comfy areas and large living room. The long dining room table was great for playing cards and meals. The kitchen was well stocked with high end items and a regular coffeemaker. Parking with 4 vehicles was not an issue. We only ate at the restaurant at golf course once and it was just ok. We def would stay here again!! The A/C kept the place very nice and cool that made for comfortable sleeping in the 110 degree temps outside! Thanks for sharing your place with our family.

Great weekend

This place was incredible. It was way bigger than expected and everything was clean and organized. The 2nd story balcony with a fire pit was used every night. The pool was right down the street. It was an amazing stay and we will be back.

Great property.

We walked in and were immediately impressed. The home was neat and clean. We loved that all the adults and older teens had nice king beds with bathrooms and had privacy. The little kids loved the bunk loft.We spent a night hanging out on the rooftop porch with the fire which was so nice. The pool closest to the unit isn't heated in winter, but the hot tub is. The kids wanted to swim so we went to the main pool and they loved it. Hot tub was nice and warm there too. We played pickleball as well. The unit had everything we needed for meals, which was great.It was a great unit, with beautiful views of Snow Canyon and we had a great time. Would stay there again.

Beautiful Home & Comfy Couch!

Great home and was very clean. The living room couch was very comfortable. The views in this area of town are stunning. It's off the beaten path but still within 15 minutes of everything. This was a golf trip so this home worked as a great option for our "base camp" before heading out for a round each morning. Would absolutely stay here again.
