Hidden Dunes Condominium 1102 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey.

Tucked away in the secluded community of Hidden Dunes, this lovely two bedroom condo offers a spectacular beach front view from a private eleventh-floor balcony. The living area features elegant new tile and a fresh vibrant coat of paint throughout, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. You will find the Master Bedroom to have tropical palm tree decor, light wicker furniture, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and direct access to the balcony via a sliding glass door. The Master Bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, his and her sink and direct access to the Master Bedroom. The Guest room offers two Double beds with plush vibrant bedding and a private separate bathroom. The kitchen features sparkling white appliances and everything you need to prepare a homemade meal. The elegant dining area includes a glass top table and seats six with ease. There are also two barstools for a more casual dining experience at the bar. The unit offers an enclosed washer and dryer area for your convenience. For your viewing enjoyment, this property also features an upgraded cable package to include HBO, Cinemax, Stars Movies and the SEC Football package. 2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Great Stay!

We liked the condo, very clean. The sofa bed was pull out, so we had extra sleeping space for kids. Kitchen was fully equipped, just missed salt and pepper (much needed). We enjoyed our stay.

Hidden Dunes condo 1102

Absolutely lovely view and condo. Perfectly appointed with stellar view. Only negative was smokers on balcony above us. The rest was perfect.
