On the plus side the house and pool were very clean and tidy. However the photos of pool and outside must be several years old. On arrival we were told the dish washer was broken, the downstairs toilet leaked and needed stopcock turning on/off if used it. There was no soap in either toilet or in kitchen. The advert said there was a washing machine but there wasn't one. The garden grassed area was heavily over grown and not been cut for weeks. The swimming pool roof didn't work so could not open - a recent storm damaged it but the amount of brambles and foliage in the runners suggests not that recent. The pétanque pitch was terrible and unusable - very uneven with many large pebbles in the middle plus covered in weeds and moss. The swimming pool access from 'garden" via sliding doors were difficult to open and even harder to close - with roof permanently stuck shut, needed ventilation as like a sauna. One current picture shows lovely patio at far end of pool for morning sun but this no long accessible - On the pool entry steps there are some large broken bits of plastic with sharp edges and holes - adults would avoid but younger children may not. The Wifi is useless - you can instantly connect to the router "AP" but it does not connect to the internet - we had to buy extra data from England - a modem in house we turned off and on but though WiFi always picked up router connection on line never achieved. This house and pool was probably 5 stars a few years ago but not any more.

Fijn verblijf, paar minpunten

Huisje was netjes, maar net voldoende voor 2 personen. Zwembad zelf was prima (zeer proper en prima temperatuur) , maar het gebouw heeft een opknapbeurt nodig (o.a. dak kon niet geopend worden tijdens ons verblijf). Advertentiefoto's zijn verouderd. Bvb. bij het terras staat nu een haag van 3 meter, die er nog niet is op de foto.Prima uitvalsbasis voor de normandische kust.

TRES BEAU SEJOUR EN NORMANDIE

L'accueil de la propriétaire a été très sympa, nous avons même eu droit a un petit cadeau de bienvenue. La maison est idéalement placée, proche de la côte (Fécamp à 20 minutes), proche des villes et des magasins pour s'approvisionner (Super U à 10 minutes). La piscine reste chaude et permet de passer une journée agréable en cas de mauvais temps. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et de très belles vacances. A refaire…

Heerlijk huis met mooi zwembad en veel privacy

Uitstekend verblijf. In de omgeving kun je heerlijk fietsen naar o.a. Yport, Fecamp en Ettretat. Het zwembad is geweldig. Ook juist als het weer wat minder is.

Normandie

We hebben een fijne week vakantie gehad. Onze dochter van 6 was altijd als eerste bij de kippen om te kijken of te voeren. Het weer viel enorm tegen, dus was het verwarmde en overdekte zwembad een super pluspunt. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk en we kregen ook nog verse eitjes van de kipjes. Het verblijf was op de benedenverdieping wel kleiner dan ik me voorgesteld had, maar wij waren met z'n drietjes, dus voor ons perfect. 1 minpuntje was de beloofde afwasmachine, dat was alleen een tafelmodel. Dus grote stukken pasten er niet in.

Oase im Grünen

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem den beheizten Pool genossen. Die Unterkunft ist gut geeignet , um von dort die östliche Normandie zu erkunden. Diskrete Vermieter. Nach der Beschreibung sind beide Doppelbetten , 2. WC und Dusche im Erdgeschoß, tatsächlich führt eine enge Treppe zum großen Schlafzimmer und 2. Bad ins Obergeschoß.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in Limpiville verbracht. Bei täglichen Temperaturen von 30 Grad war der Pool ein richtiger Genuss. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, nichts fehlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Rouen, Etretat und Fecamp sind sehr sehenswert.

Gîte agréable avec piscine au calme de la campagne Normande.

Le gîte est situé au calme, dans un hameau en pleine campagne. Idéal pour démarrer nos balades à vélo. Au retour de nos excursions vers la côte et ses falaises impressionnantes, nous avons bien apprécié la piscine. Le jardin est magnifique et la terrasse couverte et ombragée est agréable. Léa et sa maman sont très accueillantes, discrètes et disponibles. Nous les remercions pour les petits cadeaux d'accueil. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des sanitaires. La proximité de la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée par rapport à la piscine est un plus. Excellente literie à l'étage dans une chambre spacieuse, décorée avec goût avec salle de douche attenante. Un endroit que nous recommandons!

Unser Urlaub im Mai 2022 in Limpiville war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus mit Pool. Das besondere war ein Pool Haus, dass man vom Wohn-Esszimmer aus betreten konnte. Der Pool ist beheizt und lädt bei jedem Wetter zum Schwimmen ein. Das Ferienhaus war gut ausgestattet für alles was man für einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub in der Normandie benötigt. Auch der Außenbereich war super. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, selbst mit einem Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Auch ein Elektrogrill ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin, Frau Lea Roppert die auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnt, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Beim Empfang bekamen wir Eier von eigenen Hühnern und ein Cidre als Willkommensgeschenk überreicht. Bei allen Fragen und Belangen konnten wir Sie jederzeit erreichen und es wurde uns schnell und ohne Zögern geholfen. Wir werden dieses Ferienhaus auf jedenfalls nochmal mieten und bedanken uns nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt.

De superbes vacances

Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leurs gentilles attentions. La maison est très agréable, le jardin soigné. Nous nous sentons comme des invités, grâce à une déco personnelle et chaleureuse, loin d'une ambiance standard que l'on peut retrouver quelquefois dans certaines locations. Le grand plus de ce lieu de vacances : la piscine ! Propreté irréprochable tant à la maison qu'à la piscine. séjour très agréable à côté d'Etretat

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les hôtes, discrets, sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin. La maison, située au milieu d’un grand jardin très bien entretenu, est agréable et très bien équipée. L’accès à la piscine chauffée depuis la salle à manger est très appréciable. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Cela nous fera plaisir d’y revenir.
