The space was easy to get to and looked just like the pictures on the site. It was perfectly filled with all the necessary items needed for a five day stay. The neighbor was very quiet at night. Except the last night when someone was hammering after 10pm. Not sure what was going on there. Overall, this place was clean, cozy, and comfy. We enjoyed our stay!
We have stayed here before because it is close to our son's home on the north side of Chicago and also has easy access to the Edens. The bedrooms are decent size but the living room and kitchen are just made for a few people. It's quiet and safe. A parking space is provided off the street. We missed watching sports on the TV and there were no sharp knives provided, but those things are easily remedied. The host is very responsive and available.
This is a lovely 'walk-up apartment' unit (so be able to take on steep, narrow-tread steps!) with a nice kitchen, comfy beds and pillows and cheerful living area. It was a great location for us and fit our needs, as we were mostly gone during the day to be with family. As is common with this age of building, the floors are a bit creaky - but we were more concerned about the noise we were creating for our host who lived below. And, we were safely able to park our Subaru Outback in the free parking spot offered next to the host's garage. We will definitely book this VRBO again for future visits!
Many thanks, again, to our host.
This apartment was very clean. I own my own cleaning company and I was impressed! Mofema was available by text and responded quickly to whatever I needed. The space was well equipped for cooking, is so desired. The beds were comfortable. This space was exactly what I needed and I would highly recommend it and definitely would stay here again!
One of the most important things in a place I’m staying is the bed, and it is COMFY! The bathroom and living room are great! We loved having a whole kitchen to reheat and make food on days we wanted to stay in.
The location is a little out of the way if you are taking public transit, but not unbearable. I only ever need to grab an Uber/Lyft when we were out after 1am. It also felt very safe and central. I would definitely stay here again!
We stayed 3 weeks, and it was VERY comfortable. Extremely clean, with almost everything you need when you’re away from home. I’m so happy we found his property, as Naina is the perfect host! I would definitely stay again.
This was the best experience ever. It feels like a home away from home. The flat was big, specious and absolutely clean. There is all you need to live in this lightly flat. Perfekt stay! Thanks for this great time we had there. Bus Station is 2 minutes infront the door. We enjoyed it!
We stayed at Naina's VRBO for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. The communication before, during and after our arrival was always prompt and polite. The apt was very clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. The "extras" (hooks in the closets, coasters, plugs for devices on the bedside tables and the desk, etc...) really contributed to an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be staying again! Thanks so much!
This unit was clean and welk stocked. It felt like family had prepared a place for you to stay. So relaxing. The kitchen was the best supplied of any bnb I have stayed in the last few years. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed walking through the cemetery and some of the local small shops nearby. This is a neighborhood/homey feel place to stay. And yet you feel spoiled as well. Bright sunshine was lovely all throughout the apartment. Thank you! We would stay again!
The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Wifi worked great as well for the two full days I worked remotely. The main cross street was a little noisy, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
This unit is great for staying in Chicago and its northern suburbs, but it has a small living room and kitchen, so entertaining friends and relatives is not realistic. Parking is tight but available within a block - be sure to use the permits supplied by the host.
Staying at Naina's place was incredible. The beds were firm and sturdy, there was amazing attention to details (coasters, key and coat rack, hamper placements, etc.), and the decor was so homey. Naina is very quick to respond and accommodating. We will be staying again.
