The two story property features the following layout:

Level 1 – located on street level off seagull Ave

Large open plan living, dining and kitchen, all these areas are exposed to simply stunning views and access to the large front balcony
Kitchen includes quality appliances and crockery and cutlery
Living includes comfy lounges and large LCD TV
Dining includes seating for 8
Four bedrooms – master with queen bed, second with queen (both these rooms include sea views and private balcony access
Bedrooms three and four include two singles in each
Two bathrooms are included upstairs, one includes the laundry which features washing machine
Split system heating and cooling rounds off the upstairs package

Downstairs – ground floor
Features a large living area featuring lounges and large LCD TV with access to the lush green lawn. This area also has a kitchenette

Other features include fully fenced front garden adding extra safety for the kids, outdoor shower and off street parking. Walk to the beautiful white sandy beach of Hayborough and Dump Beach and only 5 minutes to Victor Harbor central.

beach house getaway

Great location with breathtaking views of the beach. Check in and process was extremely easy and was a great place for a relaxing beach getaway for our family. Kids loved the games room downstairs and the cockle train which passed straight in front.

Great location

This is a nice beach facing property for a family getaway. Great views and the sound of the waves add to the ambience. The living spaces are on the smaller side versus some other (pricier) beachfront properties, but overall we would return for the location. You’re close to everything here. Can’t go wrong. Kids loved it!

Great location to relax

Beautiful property. Some of the photos in the listing are not up to date as the downstairs area furniture is newer than shown in the photos. TV has access to Netflix. There is a great range of puzzles and board games. The property could have been better maintained: the front gate is damaged, the glass doors and fly nets do not slide properly and there are a few cobwebs inside the house. Great location and great house for a big family. We all enjoyed the easy access to the beach.
