Lovely vintage feel. Nice and clean and an INCREDIBLE location. Tons of dining and drinks options easily walkable. Felt safe. Some road noise and smells likely due to the older windows but nothing that disrupted my stay. I would certainly stay here again. I will note that at the time of booking, this listing mentioned pool and washer/dryer. These were not available.

Perfect location and just what we needed

The Local Hotspot is in a great location in lower Greenville! We were able to walk to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. It was small, but just what we needed and we wanted for nothing. Would stay there again!

This property came up under a search with washer and dryer available. This is untrue. It was a cute 1940's apartment. Lots of orginals, flooring, the wall cabinets. But no washer or dryer and contacting the host was difficult required another app download and sign in. Frustrating
