Good location, unit block dated

The location of this unit is excellent, however it is in a old and a bit tired block. The unit is fine for a couple, it was clean, but quite dated, laundry is outside. It is on the ground floor which is good, externally the landscaping is messy.

Cosy apartment and great host

Paul was fantastic, he was friendly and responded to requests very quickly. Nice little cosy apartment in a quiet location. I spent 2 weeks in the apartment and I have no complaints. I would rent the place again should I ever need accommodation in Perth again.
