Mountain Getaway
Wasn’t sure what to expect because it’s been years since I’ve stayed in the mountains. What a nice surprise to go out the back door and instead of a fenced in yard, we had a mountain to hike on. If you need a healing getaway in remote nature, I suggest this cabin. Our teen boys brought axes and had a great time being in charge of the fire pits too. We had such a great time

Nice little cabin for our short stay
Had to stay only one night in the area with our dog and this was a very nice cabin for the night. One of the few places that offer single night accommodations with pets in the high country. Thanks again.

Great location for a lovely and cozy Retreat
The cabin is perfect for a family with kids! It’s very cozy, but still has plenty of space for playing games, watching movies, and cooking and enjoying food together. It was very toasty with the woodstove burning on a cold weekend. It’s a perfect place to return to after a hike at Grayson Highlands and the Virginia creeper trail is also nearby. We hope to come back in summer when we can explore the boat put-ins along the river!

Great place!
This was perfect for our adult family of six. Kitchen was fully stocked to prepare our meals. Location was perfect for exploring Grayson Highland State Park. Plenty of seating outdoors to enjoy the view of the river and a firepit. Thank you for a great stay!
