Beautiful location! This home offers an abundance of peace and quiet, which was perfect for me and my dog. The house could definitely use a deep clean, but overall a lovely place to stay.

Great location. Some little things that would be great would be soap, charcoal or propane, shampoo, and some water bottles would be great extras.

This was a peaceful getawayby the river. Only one shower no bath, but we made it work with a family of four and a dog. Property manager on duty was outstanding. Cozy place great view and a definite place we would stay again. Bring your own groceries and charcoal because nearest store is 30mins away.

Beautiful River and Mountain retreat

Nice and secluded place on New River. Short drive to dinning and shopping. The house is very well appointed and had everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place if you're into fishing or just a relaxing stay.

Great location!

The location of this property was perfect for our needs! We spent the weekend hiking and exploring the outdoors - just what we were looking for. The location was amazing and right on the New River! The house was not as clean as I expected. Missing a few extras to make it a 5 star stay.

Nice quiet atmosphere!

Cozy home. Great backyard with plenty of running/playing room all the way down to the river. Home is very small but has a nice big deck. Driveway is very steep and parking is limited. 2 car max. Nice and quiet stay and will consider renting again.

Amazing river view

The property was clean and comfortable and the view of the river from the porch was AMAZING. Cabin has great Wifi and cell phone reception, lots of clean towels and blankets. The shower head was a bit low for anyone over 6 feet tall, but there was lots of HOT water. The porch is large and great for enjoying the river view. Unfortunately the grill was unuseable. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend this property to others.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Riverside Escape. House is in great condition and location was excellent and peaceful. Place was clean and kitchen was well equipped(no basic condiment0. Living area/Kitchen space is a bit tight, but worked for 3 grown ups. Only surprise was when booking, the fees for this place are very high compared to the nightly rate advertised.
