Three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate six guests (king, queen, daybed with pull-out twin trundle). Laundry room with washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a private half bath. Fenced in backyard and off street driveway. Dog friendly with fee.

We stayed here for a softball tournament at Tyger River. My elderly father traveled with us and this was much better suited for him than a hotel. The house is beautiful. The location was great and the neighborhood is quiet. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Overall the space was fine for our purpose. The biggest minus was that unfortunately it was not as clean as I would have expected. The sinks and beds were clean but then the floor had balls of hair/dust in most of the corners. The host was very responsive when I message her about this.

We have changed cleaning teams since this guest stayed. The one we were using was not keeping the property up to our standards and as soon as we realized this, we made the change. The property being very, very clean is one of our absolute top priorities.

What a great holiday gathering!

Our family gathered together for Christmas and this was the perfect home away from home! The house is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. The owners are super nice and helpful. We will absolutely be back!

The house is located on a small quiet street just minutes from the main drag. It has been updated top to bottom and is very nicely done. The beds were comfy, and we all slept well. The tub could use new caulk, but I was very comfortable using it. Super nice accommodations, and I would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Fabulous place!

We had a great stay! Home was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Only negative was a large nest of carpenter bees that made it difficult to enjoy the porch. While they can’t hurt you, they do dive bomb you and can be annoying as well as frightening to some. We treat our property with a citrus spray to keep them away, so something can be done.

It’s like a Tardis. Small on outside, surprising on inside.

We had a nice stay, though we took a route to get to the house from a run down part of the Greer and were a little alarmed about the neighborhood at first. But, when the sun came out everything looked fine. And the house was very cozy. Lots of room, loved the living room space and the kitchen. Overall we had a good stay, host is very responsive. Thank you!

The house was well decorated, equipped and functional. We had our dog with us and using the door to the side and backyard through the middle bedroom worked very well to let our dog out. The side and backyard could use some attending to. This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased. Casey was a very concerned and attentive host.

The house was clean and ready for our arrival. My children enjoyed the blocks, toys, and games in the living room closet as well as the books in the twin bedroom. I did not know prior to our arrival but there was also a pack n play, bouncer seat, and space saver high chair. The extra toilet paper and hand soap was very convenient to get our stay started. The listing did state there was a futon but it seems to be replaced by a foosball table. Great little house which worked perfectly for my family (kids aged 8, 7, 4, 17 months).

Adorable house.

Loved our stay. The house is beautifully remodeled but still quirky. We were close to family that we were visiting. The host was wonderful and answered any questions right away. Would highly recommend. Will look for this property for our next visit to Greer/Greenville
