Villa Dunes

Detached villa in the famous Strofilia forest only 270m from the sandy beach of Kalogria and a private beach through a private path or the road.The villa was totally refurbished in 2012 and partially in 2018 by the owner offering enough space for up to 10 adults.The villa is in the middle of a 12.000m2 fenced field with lots of orange,lemon,apricot,olive and other trees.
The actual villa is consisted of 4 bedrooms,3 bathrooms,large kitchen with 2 freezes,dishwasher,washing machine and all possible amenities,a sitting room with fire place and satelite tv,indoors dining room,large patio with flowers and table for 8 persons surrounded by a garden with coffee tables under the coconut and threes.All rooms are equipped with double glazed windows with net,ceiling fan,a/c.Internet is free throughout.
There are 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and king size beds (1.80X2m),and another 2 with double beds sharing the same bathroom.Possibility of using 2 double beds in the first bedroom.
