Excellent Rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice four bedroom house. The neighbourhood was very nice with walking trails and the community pool was excellent. We enjoyed using the bikes and spike ball and other games that they had available for use. Overall a great experience.

As advertised!

The place looked exactly like the pics online (I’ve stayed at others that did not). There were backyard games, bikes & a heated pool- these were a few of the items we used. The location was great for our stay & our host responded to questions w/in an hour & many times, way before that. We’d definitely recommend!

Very comfortable home. Loved the neighborhood and all of the walking paths. Convenient shopping close by. Rebecca responded quickly to my questions and communications. If I had input to add to home, it would be to have a patio table to eat outdoors. We really enjoyed our stay.

Reservation was double booked and cancelled

When I went to check in on the day of our arrival for a reservation I had made months in advance, I was sent an email cancellation stating that the owner had double booked the property through a different system and there were guests already there. She was apologetic and did give us a full refund but this was a pretty weak remedy for a last minute cancellation. Finding a last minute place for a family of 7 during the Christmas holiday is pretty difficult, especially when VRBO doesn't do same day bookings. Just beware if reserving this property there is a chance you could be double booked and lose your reservation at the last minute like we did. I try never to leave bad reviews but I had no idea how else to rate and review this property.

I was penalized as a host for making that mistake, and I sincerely hope things worked out ok despite my mistake (the reason for the double booking was that I reserved this family’s dates for January instead of December.). My sincerest apologies.

Best Vacation Home Ever

Bekki's place was in excellent condition with numerous top notch towels and sheets. Everything was in excellent repair, clean, and in great condition. Location is wonderful for families complete with 2 pools, trails and a playground for children. The backyard has a wonderful swing and picnic table and is in the shade in the afternoon. All 8 of us felt very at home and cannot say enough nice things about Bekki's prompt response and hospitality.

Beautiful home nice location

My family and I came down for my sons wedding. We had 2 children(2 pack in plays on site), teen, and 6 adults staying at this beautiful home and we had more than plenty of room. The couch is one of the most comfy we’ve had the pleasure of hanging out on and cornhole was an afternoon favorite!! The home sits in a lovely family oriented neighborhood with a park right around the corner. I can express enough how enjoyable the stay was for such an exciting event for our family!!

With the master bedroom on the ground floor this property is well-suited for a single traveler or couple, or multiple families who could enjoy the additional living space in the upstairs loft with its additional 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The backyard provides an additional space for enjoying Arizona's amazing weather October through May, and the community pools and nearby golfing make it extra enjoyable year-round.
