Enjoy lazy days in this very spacious, brand new, double storey home with 5 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and 3 toilets.

The downstairs kitchen and living areas lead directly to a huge deck overlooking the Lake in the Wellington Marina. Plenty of parking and outdoor space for all of our guests. The master bedroom, with ensuite and walk-in-robe are on the ground floor for easy access, with sliding doors onto the deck. A large jetty for all of your boating activities.

Great stay

The house is new and clean, lovely lawns to the water. Great outdoor and indoor entertaining areas. Everything we needed was there, right down to the coffee machine pre loaded with beans. It’s a nice section of the river, and railed bend only 10 minutes away. Cannot be faulted.

We had a wonderful stay at 'The Boardwalk' - The house is perfect for large groups with stunning views of the Wellington Marina. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication clear and easy. We highly recommend!

We now live in the Adelaide Hills but both grew up in the surrounding area and have family and friends that live near by. We have 3 teenage children and we all enjoy the river lifestyle.

Why they chose this property

We have a local business and have family close by, so the Wellington Marina was the perfect place to build our holiday rental, creating a place we could come together with our friends and family.

What makes this property unique

The Boardwalk is at the end of the marina so has the best views of the sunsets.
The Marina has its own boat ramp and has direct access to the river, The Boardwalk has a large jetty and mooring so it's a perfect place to spend time with various watercraft. The lake at The Marina is perfect for kayaking to watch the abundant bird life or swimming as there is little current.
The Boardwalk is spacious enough to cater for a large number of guests without feeling crowded, entertaining is a breeze with bi-fold windows opening to the a huge deck and an undercover bbq area.
We have catered for families by building the kitchen and living areas downstairs so it is easier to access the large lawn area and deck, and providing are large family room upstairs for the kids when the sun goes down.
