Located in the Washpool Estate, This Riverfront property is situated in Wellington East via Tailem Bend being only 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from Adelaide and only 5 minutes to the Bend Motorsport Park

Platinum on Washpool offers 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a separate toilet, open plan living with lots of space for outdoor entertaining. It can sleep a maximum of 20 people comfortably (conditions apply).

A spectacular outdoor kitchen with panoramic views of the river is fully equipped with a double BBQ, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge and LCD TV.

The inside kitchen comes with all amenities that you would expect in an executive home including luxury bench tops, large gas stove, 900mm electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. For your convenience the fridge is plumbed to a rainwater tank that is suitable for drinking water.

This open plan home has two living areas both equipped with comfortable lounges and LCD TV's and a dining table that comfortably seats 16 guests

The Bali Hut is provided for your personal use on the river bank and includes a ceiling fan, comfortable lounges and a fridge.

** SPA
No more than 4 people at a time in the spa
Spa cover is to be replaced when not in use
The spa is not to be refilled at any point during your stay. Should the spa be refilled resulting in it requiring draining and cleaning $500.00 will be withheld from your bond.

**Rubbish
Two domestic garbage bins are provided for guests use. Any further rubbish must be removed by guests prior to departure - An additional charge of $50.00 per bin will be charged should excess rubbish be left on site after departure.

**Cleaning
The cleaning fee that you have paid in your holiday rental deals the laundering of linen, the remaking of beds and a standard domestic house clean. It does not cover cleaning of the BBQ, washing dishes and unloading the dishwasher, removing food from fridges etc. Anything over and above this standard clean will be charged to you at $50.00 per hour

No Charcol BBQ's, Spits, Portable Outfires etc are to be bought to the premises

No furniture is to me moved from its current location

Pinball Machines are available for guest use, however no rough play on or around them and no child over the age of 5 allowed on Post Man Pat.

The Murray River can be dangerous, we highly recommend that all guests equip themselves with life jackets should they be entering the water.

Guests boats can be moored at the jetty however no responsibility is taken for loss or damage to guests items including Boats / Jet Skis and or equipment. Guests are responsible for any damage to the private jetty.

PAYMENT: Is via the HOMEAWAY STAYZ booking system as per their terms and conditions

BOND: $1500.00 damage bond will be held by VRBO
