Hi! We hope to welcome you to our little piece of paradise. To help you feel at ease and comfortable while deciding where to stay, here’s a bit about us. We are seasoned event production and design experts from Rhode Island. Our clients often ask us to create themed environments to celebrate various events. In short, we called ourselves "Professional Party People." When we found our little piece of paradise, we wanted everyone who entered to enjoy the conveniences of home with an island twist. The condo reflects a styled tropical charm while being cozy and comfortable. We hope you love it as much as we do and never want to leave!
Prior to your arrival, we will send the address, GPS codes, and short playable videos to assist you in parking and access through the coded gate and the condo. Inside the condo, you will find an STX binder book that lists all the local grocery stores, bars, and restaurants.
Once you are in the condo, we are sure you will open those sliding doors, step out onto your private lanai and just sigh, "You have arrived." Look at the waves rolling in and hear the tide singing its song. The gentle trade winds keep you cool and you haven't even been to the beach yet. Morning, afternoon, or evening, the lanai is our favorite place, often where we BBQ, have breakfast and dinner! It's a favorite end-of-the-night spot to sit, listen, and watch the palms sway.
The living room is very comfortable with a full-size sofa and an oversized wicker chair with a few ottomans as well. We have a round table in the living room that seats four people, perfect for dinner or a game of Farkle or cards (you'll find some games in the little hutch by the front door).
In the living room, you can stream any of your providers on the TV and watch your favorites. The condo has 5G Internet, so connecting to WiFi is not a problem. And yes, we do not charge for WiFi!
There are two main AC mini-splits in the space. All the main rooms also have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite. It has sliders onto the lanai and a full closet. The master bathroom has a hairdryer, soap, and fresh towels. A convenient washing machine is set on the far side of the closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be used separately or conveniently moved together (if you'd like) and an ensuite with soap and fresh towels. Both bathrooms feature showers only.
The kitchen has all the amenities for the chef in your group: a full-size oven, range, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blenders, toaster, coffeemaker, and all oven and BBQ pans you may need, along with fine stoneware dishes and glasses—yes, including wine glasses! Please note, when drinking water, we recommend buying a case of bottled water on the island. The water in the condo is great for showering and washing as our complex has its own cistern, but as a general rule when we travel, we drink bottled water.
The pool is great, well-maintained, and a social hub where you will be welcomed. You can "drink" at the pool, but no glass is allowed! You will love the evening glow of the illuminated pool at night with the up-lit palm trees—simply fantastic.
As fabulous as our condo is, we love to explore. There are so many wonderful things to do on Saint Croix, especially the beaches. There are beaches all around the island, and there is no such thing as a private beach. The beaches belong to all of us. We have listed some of the best beaches to visit in our STX Binder.
For your convenience, we have a portable cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels that you can use while at the condo!
Kayaking in a bioluminescent bay at night is a unique and amazing experience. You can go snorkeling or scuba diving, jump on many boat tours, float in the harbor on a TIKI boat for the afternoon, listen and dance to live music, enjoy karaoke, and so much more.
We can arrange some concierge services should you require any special requests. Just let us know. Remember, we have a full-time staff on the property who will address any property issue. However, for your convenience, we have a full-time property manager who is available to you day or night with any issue you may have. Once you are booked in, you will receive an Island Best Practice Sheet in advance and then, prior to your arrival, our Property Manager's contact details so you can say hello!

Why they chose this property
Friends of ours from the States moved to STX after visiting them just once, we really loved the island. Not long after Hurricane Maria, we came across this condo for sale. Something immediately told us this was the jewel we were looking for. We got on a plane the next week and visited the property and many others; however, we both trusted our instincts and knew this condo checked all the right boxes. We purchased it and spent the next year renovating it. The high lofted ceilings were refinished in bright white, and brand-new kitchen appliances, windows, sliding doors, air conditioning, furnishings, and more were installed. We collected incredible pieces of art, both local and from afar, for our enjoyment and yours! The space is wonderful for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying!
The neighborhood improves every year. Hurricanes cause a lot of destruction, but it takes communities to rebuild. This is true for Saint Croix as well. Our property has tangible assets: a secure condo complex with a stone wall and gated, coded entrances. There are assigned parking spots for guests and owners, security cameras, and 24-hour staff on the property if needed. Rocky and I also have a property manager available to assist you with any query on island.
Our true love is hearing the ocean waves, feeling the trade winds gently blow through the condo, and kicking off our shoes with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. We love going for a few-mile walk every day to explore. If we're feeling a bit lazy, we can walk down the beach to the local bar. By car, this location is great; you are minutes away from the boardwalk, 20 minutes from most beaches, and 30 minutes to the other side of the island to explore as well.
