Although the property has a full perimeter fence, the spa and swimming pool can be accessed from doors from the house. Access to the pool should be restricted by closing and locking the doors (including top locks) unless a responsible adult is supervising swimmers.

No pets are allowed, but a small house trained (non shedding) dog may be considered on a case by case basis.
