ABOUT THE OCEANVIEW PENTHOUSE VILLA
The ultimate island oasis with stunning views of Meads Bay on two sides, your 3-bedroom Oceanview Penthouse Villa gives you the space and comfort of a villa combined with the 5-star service of a luxury, boutique beach resort.

Your Oceanview Penthouse Villa takes up the entire third/top floor of either building B or C and features a covered outdoor terrace that expands the entire width of the building with private, Jacuzzi hot tub. Guests love our fresh-and-modern, beachy-chic interiors with Serena & Lily décor. Interior: 1793 SQF, Terrace: 529 SQF.

This stunning oasis sleeps up to 8 guests. There are two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with two twin beds –which can convert to a third king. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and full ensuite bathroom with double sinks and rain shower (king bedrooms also have separate soaking tubs). There is a hall half bath and your own washer and dryer.

The open concept great room has floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto the terrace and stunning ocean views and a comfortable living area with flat-screen TV and queen-size sofabed (comfortable for 1 adult or 2 kids under 12).

The chic, fully-equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences – dishwasher, oven, stovetop, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and all the kitchen gadgets, dishes, pots and pans and utensils you’ll need. Adjacent to the large kitchen island is a formal dining table and chairs.

Outside on the terrace is your private Jacuzzi hot tub, lounge chairs, lounge bed and outdoor dining table and chairs.

Central A/C, free WIFI, video doorbell and a WhatsApp group chat with our concierge team (a guest favorite convenience), keep you cool and connected.
