Great house away from the strip

This house was our safe haven after The crazy days out on the strip. Easy to get to, close to many shopping centers, equipped with everything you need. We definitely over packed, the Dudley family thought of everything you could possibly need. Would not stay anywhere but here for our next trip to vegas

Great house lots of amenities

House was great with lots of amenities. We did not get to use the pool, but we did jump in the hot tub for a few minutes. Basketball court was nice. Nice area.

Perfect place to relax between games

We came in for the soccer mayors cup. Boys loved the basketball court, bags and hot tub! We cooked and grilled all three days. The host was great.

This house was perfect for our trip. We traveled to Vegas for a basketball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, cookie sheets, plenty of plates, bowls, cups and silverware to accommodate our party of 12. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, blankets and pillows. We noticed one of our toilets had begun to leak when we were leaving for our game and we reached out to host and the toilet was repaired/replaced before our game was even over. Host is very responsive and helpful. Definitely on our list to stay here when we visit Vegas.

Great place for Family

Came to Vegas for a hockey tournament at City National arena. This place was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard was amazing! It felt like you were at a private resort amongst the other houses. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Wonderful back yard! Very large kitchen however some more storage containers for left overs would have been nice. Communication with owners was fantastic and neighborhood was so quiet and a close drive to the strip. We enjoyed our stay!

Glorious stay!

The property was wonderful and it was a great get away for our family. We had so much fun. Our next trip to Vegas we will 100% try to stay here again. The property owner was so helpful easy to communicate with. We give 6 stars out of 5.

Amazing stay

Not only was the home beautiful but it catered to all ages. We had adults, teens, and smaller kiddos and each of them were able to enjoy the basketball court, pool and other games. It was not far from the strip at all. The host was awesome and very attentive. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We look forward to booking again with you all!

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

Wow! This is is amazing! We had little kids with us and three couples. It was easy to fit us all in and it had all the kitchen utensils and gadgets to feed all of us. Hardest part is trying to find where things are in the kitchen because there are so many cupboards. Pool was great in the 105 degree temps. Kids loved all the toys inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect family spot

This house was ideal for kids, parents and grandparents! We all stayed together in this house, had our own space and had a great time. The location was perfect for us to feel away from the strip and have a park across the street and great shopping within 10 minutes. There really isn't much reason to leave the backyard...it is huge! The pool has a slide and diving board, hot tub, a half basketball court and putting green, both of which are lighted for night games. Nickee answered all are questions and was great to work with. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this property to anyone! The property owner was easy to work with and the property had everything we would need. We had a lot of kids with us and the outside games and spa were a hit!. Only down was a little confusion on the pool heating. If you need it heated be sure to let them know so it gets turned on and there is also an additional charge for that amenity. We will definitely be renting this property again.

Best Family Vacation Rental!

This was the absolute perfect house rental for our group of 8 - 4 adults, 1 teenager and 3 kids! There was plenty of room for everyone and we did not lack anything during our stay. The house was an entertainment win for everyone - from the pool & hot tub, backyard games, basketball court, and putting green - we didn't lack options to keep busy and the kids didn't ever want to leave the house. Cameron and Nickee were gracious hosts - Cameron came by to do last minute maintenance on the pool bc we checked in early, he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nickee was incredibly responsive to all our messages and questions. We would stay here again and again! Better than any hotel on the strip by far!

Great family getaway

We brought our 2 teenage sons to this home for spring break and it was wonderful. At that age, it can be hard to find things to do as a family, but not in this home. We loved the pool & hot tub, tennis, ping pong, basketball, and putting. We even found some poker chips for a night of Texas hold-em. Outside the house, we went e-biking at Red Rock (highly recommend), did the Hoover Dam, and appreciated the close restaurants and grocery shopping right there in the Summerlin. We took in a few nice meals and shows on the strip for a $20-$30 Uber for 15minutes, and saw some of casino highlights. This home is really nice in a great location for a family or small group. Beds were comfortable and everything was as described. Nickee is wonderful to work with. Thank you for a great spring break!

Best Vacation House Ever!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was just three adults -- the house can handle a lot more. The house had everything we wanted, including a pool, hot tub and lots of space to spread out. The house is quiet and private and is in a very nice neighborhood. Nickee was a great host -- check in and check out were super easy and she quickly answered my one question during my stay. House was very clean -- really spotless. The house was fully equipped with everything we could think of. We really enjoyed exploring the Summerlin / Red Rocks area -- it's very nice. Our one worry before booking was if the house was too far from the Strip -- it is not. It is a quick trip to the Strip or Downtown. Very easy. We were sad to leave. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay there again.

This listing met and exceeded our needs. It accommodated my spouse and I, my parents, and son. We were in town for a HS basketball tournament- Border League, and rented this home. There was plenty of room for my oldest son and his teammates to stay, but they needed that team bonding away from parents. The amenities were great for relaxing after games. The team came over for team dinner each night. The home has a heated pool, putting green, and basketball court. The Dudleys were very helpful and communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s in a great location and only 15mins from the strip and Freemont St.

We booked this property to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our immediate family, 9 in total. Everyone loved it! The entire backyard is a peaceful oasis. The slide needs repair but the rest of the amenities in the yard were perfect! The inside of the house was clean, beds very comfortable and host very responsive to anything needed. We would highly recommend this property.
