200 meters from the beach with direct views of the marina and the corsair city
Your stay at the foot of the Corsair City, under the roofs of a historic building built in the middle of the XVIII century, in this duplex impregnated with the spirit of the old malouins, will not leave you indifferent. But do not worry, in your den, free Wi-Fi will keep you in touch with our time
This duplex of 35m2, completely renovated in 2013 includes:
- 1 room of life (Living room - Dining room)
- 1 kitchen
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- Bathroom - Toilets
This duplex is located on the 3rd and 4th (last floor) of one of the few historic buildings of St Servan. Very close to the Solidor tower, its view of the marina and the Corsaire city is impregnable. Expose East - West the brightness is very pleasant.
Ideally located close to shops, the duplex is located 100 meters from the beach of Bas Sablons (very popular with families).
The duplex has all the necessary comfort for 4 people.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed allowing a sleeping for 2 people
The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels if you do not take the "linen" option.
The equipment is mostly new equipment (Refrigerator, Multifunction Oven and Microwave, cooktop, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washer / dryer, vacuum cleaner, table and iron Iron, hair dryer, TV and free Wi-Fi. It is equipped with dishes for 6 to 8 people.
You have 100 meters of 2 car parks (Charcot and Piscine Municipale).
Pets are not allowed, the accommodation is non-smoking, children are welcome.
At the end of your stay, you will leave the place as clean as you found it, nevertheless if you wish we can make, at your expense, the cleaning by a professional.
You will receive a personalized welcome upon your arrival.

I had a lovely time staying in this apartment. The location was central, and I had everything I needed nearby. The view from the apartment of the beach and the port was incredible; it was a pleasure to see it every day. Nadine was a very friendly and reliable host. Home away from Home

This gem of an apartment is perfectly located a few minutes’ walk outside the historic centre of Saint-Malo. It overlooks a small bay and port . Being just outside Saint-Malo,it Is away from the tourist crowds but has every shop that you require for a lovely stay-boulangerie, boucherie, very good restaurants in the same street. The owner was exceptionally helpful and kind. The fittings and furniture is all of high quality. This apartment was a perfect home for a wonderful stay at Saint-Malo.

Un merveilleux séjour

Notre hôte, Nadine, est bienveillante. Arrivant en train, elle est venue nous chercher à la gare. Son accueil a été souriant et sympathique. Elle est réactive et a su répondre en temps réel à toutes nos interrogations. Le Duplex est un vrai cocon. Il est bien placé, très propre et parfaitement équipé. La vue est magnifique et apaisante. Un lieu magique!

Nadine est une hôte sympathique et généreuse qui se met en quatre pour que ses visiteurs se sentent bien dans son appartement. Le logement est lumineux et chaleureux. Il a une vue imprenable sur la mer et a beaucoup de caractère avec sa cheminée de granit. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Mon compagnon et moi y avons passé plusieurs semaines et en garderons un excellent souvenir. Tous nous y sentions comme chez nous et ce bel endroit va nous manquer, come le bruit des vagues au petit matin. Que ce soit pour des vacances ou un séjour de longue durée je recommande de tout coeur cette location! Merci Nadine!

Séjour agréable malgré un temps d'automne

L'appartement est très propre, très lumineux et confortable avec une superbe vue sur la plage des Sablons. Appartement en duplex bien équipé et au calme. Super les 3 étages à monter à pieds, 51 marches cela maintient en forme, un peu essoufflé le 1er jour et à la fin au pas de course !!!! Saint-Malo Intra-muros, Saint-Malo la cité d'Alet, Cancale et ses huîtres, Dinan, le Mont-St-Michel ..... Très jolies endroits dont nous avons pu que partiellement profiter en raison d'un temps plus que maussade.

Belles vacances - Appartement très bien situé

Appartement agréable et très lumineux avec vue imprenable* sur le port des sablons , situé à 50 m de la plage des sablons , tout proche des commerces de la rue Ville pépin et à 5 mn de Saint-Malo Intra Muros.( à visiter absolument!!!) Le soleil étant au rendez-vous, nous avons passé 7 jours très agréables dans cette très belle région. (*La vue imprenable se mérite !! 3 ème étage idéal pour une remise en forme ! ☺) Location conforme à l'annonce je recommande
