Detached 2-storey villa for 10 people, 1000 m from the beach and 600 m from shops and the city center, located in the residential area of Miami Playa, quiet and ideal for family vacations. The villa has a garden in an enclosed plot of 800m2, not overlooked, private 4x9m pool, furnished terrace, barbecue and private parking.
On the ground floor there is a living room with TV and double sofa bed, dining room, fully equipped American kitchen with kitchenware and appliances, 1 bathroom with shower, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single bed with bathroom.
On the first floor there is a balcony with terrace furniture, a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
You can visit Cambrils 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes from Port Aventura and 25 minutes from Tarragona.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa. Lo mejor, la piscina, una gozada. Algunas pegas, la casa está bien, limpia, pero algunas cosas podrían mejorar. El menaje, bastante antiguo; los colchones, justitos; solo hay mosquiteras en alguna ventana por lo que no se pueden abrir por la noche ya que hay mosquitos. Otro problema ha sido el wifi. En el anuncio ponía que había Internet, pero no es así. Llamamos el mismo sábado y nos dijeron que el lunes traerían un router. Lo trajeron el martes y ell miércoles dejó de funcionar. Creo que sí en el anuncio pone que hay internet, este tema tendría que estar resuelto antes de la llegada de los clientes

Belle maison mais manque complet d'entretien

Agence très en deçà de son rôle; l'employée n'avait jamais visitée cette maison ni sa supérieure....Ménage non fait lors de notre arrivée, morceaux de verre sur la terrasse, mégots dans le barbecue et le jardin, parasol en miettes, poubelles non vidées...,literie très déficiente sauf dans une chambre, volet ne fonctionnant pas, canapé hors d'usage, ....L'inconvénient de cette maison est d'une part que le séjour et la cuisine du bas sont très sombres et que les étages sont reliés par un escalier extérieur ce qui n'était pas précisé dans le descriptif de l'agence. De plus, l'aménagement est plutôt vieillot alors que l'agence le décrit comme moderne!
