Beautiful, Very Clean 3 Bedroom On Lake Nottingham
This beautiful 3 Bedroom Condo is located on a 45 acre Park , with Nottingham Lake within its boundary. The park has a swimming beach, beach volleyball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts, fishing, paddle boarding. Their is a 3/4 mile paved walking path around the lake. Mountain bike trails and Bike paths out your front door. It’s walking distance to everything Avon has to offer. 2 minute walk to the Avon Rec Center which has a great gym, swimming pool, lazy river, water slide and much more.
