We recently stayed in a studio for four nights at Vacation Inn Kamata. The property was in a safe neighborhood with security entry and conveniently located with a Seven Eleven around the corner, and several restaurants and a Keikyū rail station close by. The studio was well stocked with amenities, including a washing machine. However, we did have to use the drying racks since there was no dryer.
I do need to mention that although Expedia and the actual host in Japan were accessible and helpful, the third-party agent in Japan was impossible to reach using the contact phone and email information provided.
But overall, a pleasant stay in Tokyo!
