Great place and location, although one rooms did not have a twin bed as advertised. The host was fantastic with her responses when asking questions. Highly recommend this place for out of town guests. Mahalo!

There was a power outage for most of the day and I texted to call me ASAP. No response at all. Most of the washers/dryers are inoperable. Had to check several floors to find a washer that worked. Then had to search again for a working dryer. The ill fitting iron board cover left a lot to be desired. Had to reposition constantly in order to iron.

Nice size and layout. Located in a good area. Unit beds were very comfortable. Master bath/shower needs updating its in bad shape. Headboard for twin bed was not attached to bed and banged on wall every time my grandson got on or off the bed. Jeanie was very responsive to things that came up

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and really well appointed. Location was great and the views from both balconies were beautiful. Jeannie was terrific to deal with and communication was easy. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Everything you need to make your stay great is right here. It’s a great location, not far from the best beach on Waikiki and so close to shopping & eating. Room was very comfortable. Good seating for a group of people. Has all the dishes, coffee maker, blender you need. Would stay again.

Location, location, location! Wonderful apartment on a corner with great views, island breezes and plenty of space. The Ilikai has everything you could need from markets, restaurants, ice cream parlor and coffee shop tolaundry facilities on each floor. Property is as described and Jeannie is easy to work with if you have any issue.
