House fronts Mission beach and is high bank with instant private access via our own stair bank for walks on the sandy beach or endless water activities. Enjoy paddle boarding, canoeing, pickle ball, basketball, putting green, and game room with TVs a poker table, pool table, and ping pong all part of this private estate.

Very large spacious house designed to comfortably accommodate 12 people with gourmet kitchen, secondary kitchen, large open concept family and dining rooms all compliment 5 bedrooms and additional sleeping nooks with hotel quality beds along with additional couches and floor mattresses, if necessary, all areas outfitted with smart tvs with casting capability and wifi.
Wether you are looking for a peaceful secluded setting with endless views and comfort that is close to Tulalip Casino and all types of amenities Including shopping and dining or a multi family onsite activity filled getaway, you will love our Beach House.

We absolutely loved this house for our gathering! It was exactly as described and the views and grounds are exceptional. Loved the pickleball court, putting green and the game room as well as the water access points. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely book this house again.

Wonderful family vacation home!

Gorgeous home with spectacular views! We saw bald eagles soar in front of the bedroom window. Well-equipped home with everything you need. Fabulous kitchen. My daughter cooked all the meals and she said she wish she had a kitchen like that. My grandkids said that they wanted to live here forever and never wanted to go home.

Perfect location for family gathering!

This house was truly perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway with a group of 10. The views are truly breathtaking, and the house is easily one of the most well-equipped I’ve ever stayed in. There was so much to do! From pickle ball, to wandering the beach, so many board games provided, pool, poker, and the putting green, we easily kept our entire group entertained. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful views

We had 10 people for a family wedding. It was the perfect place to stay. It is a bit of a drive from town, but it’s so lovely once you are there. There are water views on both side sides of the house. The kitchen is well appointed. And there are the basics in terms of spices and oil, etc.. The living is on three floors the top floor is the master with the bathroom. The second floor is a king size with the bathroom, but most of the beds are on the bottom floor, which all only feed into one bathroom that is the only drawback.

My friends and I had an amazing time during the new year weekend. We took turns cooking and all agreed that this was the best appointed kitchen in a rental that we have ever been to! The views were amazing and everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were. I would absolutely go back.

Best Family Vacation

We had a great time and enjoyed the multitude of things to do. We took advantage of the game room, games, paddle boards, kites, ping pong, basketball, and pickle ball. The kitchen is amazing, very well appointed. The back patio is spectacular. I really appreciated how everything worked and was of highest quality. The host, Ben, was perfectly helpful and assisted with my two special needs. We are grateful and had the best family vacation possible. Thank you.

Fantastic Beach House

We stayed in the beach house the week of May 14th and we were just amazed at the location, views and wildlife. This property lives up to the listing. It is secluded, has beach access and has plenty of fun onsite so you don't have to go anywhere. We had a siblings get away so the three different floors worked perfect and the large central areas made for perfect gatherings. I would highly recommend this house to anyone! The property owner was quick to respond to our questions and we had no issues while we stayed there. The house is also stocked very well.

Annual Family Vacation

This home is spectacular! Something for everyone. The beach area was well equipped with items for water and sand. The stairs are a little tricky but, we all managed. So many beds that some weren't used. Kitchen well equipped- spices, large pots for crab cooking, plenty of plates and all utensils....Too many exceptional items to mention. Best part is the view!!!! 180 degrees!

Beautiful Home with a priceless view!

Absolutely fantastic home with an endless view. The property is very well maintained, clean, well stocked from the basics + in the kitchen to blankets on the patio and everything in between. We had a family get together of 10 adults and spent 90% of our time on the patio deck, the other 10% divided up in the very well equipped kitchen, walk on the beach, pickle ball court and game room. We are already talking about coming back next year. I highly recommend this property for a quiet romantic getaway or a get together with family members or friends. Great communication with Ben (host). Looking forward to coming back next year, however we will be staying longer next time. Thanks for the great place.

Labor Day Family Weekend

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home, there are so many "extras" if you will, that we didnt even know that we needed! (for one, an elevator for my 73 year old mom, and also for ease of loading things in and out of the home!) It has an awesome beachfront if you dont mind the walk up and down the stairs....it wasnt bad I promise! The chef kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for our big group. A game room, pickleball court, a putting green and a private dock. Pet friendly was nice, our new rescue pup loved walks down on the beach and all over the neighborhood. We hope to come back when we can get everyone together again!

Spectacular view and home

The view speaks for itself! Home was very well-appointed - sharp kitchen knives, comfortable beds, board games, streaming services, putt-putt, pickle-ball, game room, etc. Eagles, grey whales, seals spotted from the deck. We can't wait to come back! (I do wish the listing made it more clear that the multiple-flights of stairs and ladder required to access the beach are difficult for those travelling with very young children/lots of gear, those with injuries/difficulty walking and climbing, and some older guests. Thankfully, we have a friend who lives nearby and we could access the beach from their house, because the stairs and ladder were not possible for our particular group.)

The perfect get-away from #stayhome

Beautiful property, totally self-contained. We walked around the neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac, used the private access beach, played in the game room, enjoyed the spectacular views and cooked gourmet meals. We never had to leave the property for our 3 night stay. A perfect way to get away but still #stayhome. Ben & Jada were very responsive and so accomodating. Thank you for opening up your home, it's comfortable and tasteful. A few notes to plan your stay: some sleeping areas are best suited to small children since the beds are smaller. Bedding can be found in the drawers below some of the beds. The main kitchen has everything you need, just look around for it. Extra dishes can be brought from the 2nd full kitchen downstairs. Keep in mind the house is on a cliff. It is very safe (we had 4 kids aged 3-14 with us) but it is 4 short flights of stairs to get down to the beach. We never got bored here and it was such a soothing retreat for us, thanks again Ben & Jada for being such generous hosts!

Stellar Stay

We had eight people in our family visit this property for one week (not long enough). The house was beautiful, gracious and accommodating in every way -- especially inviting and peaceful. Details: the dining area had an amazing view with a large table and enough chairs for all of us to sit down and eat a meal together; the kitchen was large and very well stocked -- one of the best stocked kitchens we have experienced; there were multiple seating areas in the "family room" with another incredible view and plenty of seating (we never used all of the seating available at one time); the very comfortable window seat with a beautiful view was large enough to seat several people while reading or doing homework; the master bedroom/bathroom/sitting area upstairs was large with another amazing view (this house takes advantage of the view!); the downstairs bedrooms and small kitchen accommodated a family of four with plenty of space; the grounds were beautiful and fun (badminton, pickle ball, mini golf, basketball); the back deck was large and comfortable with plenty of seating and more beautiful views; we had a great time walking along the beach when the tide was low, even found some interesting shells; but the most fun part of the house for us was the game house. When not exploring Seattle and surrounding area, we spent hours playing ping pong, cards, watching movies, etc. Lastly the owner was quick to respond any time we had a question. We are grateful for such a wonderful place to stay while making lasting memories as a family.

Great family get-away!

Our adult children and their families came together in this beautiful home to celebrate my husband’s birthday for a weekend. This house was the best appointed home we have ever rented…it had everything! There are four bedrooms but beds tucked in a loft area and in an additional cozy television room. They also have two kitchens and 3 refrigerators. The house itself is not only interesting but beautiful and the view can’t be beat. There is even an elevator that made hauling luggage up to the second and third floor a pleasure. The kitchen is large and has everything, making food prep enjoyable. The house is right on a high beach but accessible by very high set of steps. The children enjoyed the trip to the beach as well as the beach itself. We saw a pair of raccoons walking by on the deck one morning, lots of seals, eagles and Herons in the tree outside. The house was clean, comfortable, functional and all around enjoyable. I would not hesitate to rent this special home again. It made my husband’s 70th birthday memorable and allowed him to enjoy it with his entire family.

Amazing location and home

We were treated to so many beautiful sunsets and sunrises across the water - incredible wildlife sightings (seals, eagles, porpoises, and more). The house was incredible and had great lounging room for all eleven of us. We made full use of the ping pong table, pickleball court, poker table, basketball hoop, putting green, and beach access. We'll have to come back in the summer for the paddle boards and kayaks! The kitchen was fully stocked and we had no problems cooking Thanksgiving dinner for 11. We definitely utilized all three fridges and two ovens! Overall, a perfect vacation, and one of the best Thanksgivings we've had.

LOVE This Spectacular Property!!

This Beautiful home with sweeping views, and endless activities was the perfect getaway for our very active family of adults. The owners have gone above and beyond! Not only are the grounds & home impeccably maintained, but their attention to detail makes for a joyful surprise around every corner! As an added bonus we were spectacularly fortunate to see a grey whale on our first day & a pod of 3 orcas on our last day, right from the balcony! So much Fun!

Outstanding and fabulous

We had 10 in our annual family vacation. This property is amazing. The house itself is beautiful and well stocked but in addition the grounds are absolutely beautiful. We had a lot of fun on the putting green and basketball court that also had a pickle ball net. The back deck is gorgeous with views of the bay that are outstanding. This place is amazing..

We have vacationed at many places and I don't know anywhere that has the versatility to truly be fantastic for an active family group while also being ideal for a peaceful relaxing quiet retreat with a nice combination of Endless Beach front views and access, space, sandy beach on one side and dock with a bay on the other side, variety of onsite amenities and activities, and comfort all combined with close proximity to offsite amenities including wonderful casino, shopping, restaurants, golf, etc.
