Beautiful Eastham Cape ! Central to Everything

Winter/Spring 2021 Updates: For the 2021 season we have installed new flooring throughout the house. A new designer kitchen is in place which will be fitted with stainless appliances and a central island to congregate and seat 4. Both bathrooms are being updated with new vanities and lighting as well. We look forward to hosting you!

Well maintained contemporary Cape home on Eastham's bayside. Excellent private location on a cul-de-sac centrally located for all your Cape adventures. 1.5 miles from First Encounter Beach, and 2 miles to Coast Guard Beach, nationally recognized as a top 10 beach in the US. Our home features a vaulted ceiling for that open, airy feel. Nicely landscaped with mature plantings and private back deck with enclosed outdoor shower.

The space
Enjoy your time in the privacy of our home. The house is located on a private lot on a cul-de-sac, so traffic and noise will not be worry. Just minutes from both bay and ocean beaches, 1 mile from the Salt Pond, 15 minutes to Wellfleet and 5 minutes to Orleans if you're looking for a night on the town. Our house is cleaned and sanitized professionally in alignment with CDC guidelines after each stay.

Our cozy home features a living room with fireplace and an open concept design with kitchen and dining areas off the living room. Two bedrooms and bath on the first floor. Upstairs is an additional sitting area in the loft and a master bedroom with bath.

This is a lovely house, tastefully but inexpensively furnished with a brand new kitchen.

The house was lovely, but the rental rate was far too high for what it was.

Sweet Little Cape House!

Our stay was really nice. The house has been tastefully updated and the kitchen is nicely equipped. It is tucked into a quiet neighborhood with easy access to hiking trails and Rte. 6. Definitely recommended.
