Home has free WIFI & sleeps 4- 6, or 4 Adults/2 Kids. No more than 6 people allowed.
Park Model is nice & clean with a 1b/-1 1/2b. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a Flat screen TV. (2) living areas, (1st) living room has a queen size sofa bed & a 50-inch TV. The (2nd) living room has (2) Recliners a 50-inch TV. Home has a washer & dryer. The kitchen has electric stove and is equipped with dishes, pans, utensils, etc.
Guest will have to stop at the Welcome Center to check in. If you make it there after 5:00 pm, you can go to the guest gate, and they will let you in and give you further instructions.
We are private owners; please do not try to get keys or door codes in office.
Guests will have to pay a one-time fee of $90.00 to the Long Island Village Office at the time of check-in.
Fee is not charged by owner; fee is charged by the Long Island Village for the use of all amenities & parking permit.

Jet skiing, power boating and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
