The cabin was lovely! Great location with access to the river. The cabin was as described. I had a lovely stay. The stairs to the bedroom and down to the river are very steep but doable.

It is a beautiful small cabin above the Gallatin River- perfect for 2 people. We are 68 and 71 years old and the stairs to the bedroom initially were off-putting. After the 3rd time we had our own safe techniques for the handrail. Take the time to go down the stairs to the river- absolutely worth it! The sunset on Storm Castle Peak is spectacular!!Please note that cooking will be based on a microwave, toaster oven and outdoor grill. The nearest market/restaurant is 30 minutes away in Bozeman or Big Sky. If you're scared of heights (stairs), have limited mobility, or require a stove to cook on- you might reconsider.DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS to find location- it will tell you to take Whiteaker Lane. The driveway is off Gallatin Hwy #191.
