Very beautiful Savoyard chalet of 210 m² completely renovated on 4000 m of land.
Located in Cordon, Mont-Blanc balcony, near Combloux, Megève and St Gervais.
At the foot of a slope, 150 meters from a ski lift and 5 minutes by car from the heart of the resort.
Quality services for a pleasant stay.
Ground floor :
Large living room with television, fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, king-size fridge, raclette and fondue appliance).
Double sink bathroom, separate WC.
Ski room, washing machine and dryer.
1 st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, WC
Room N ° 1: 4 beds: 1 bed in 160, 1 bed in 140 on mezzanine
Bedroom N ° 2: 4 beds: 1 bed 140, 1 bed 140 on mezzanine
Bedroom N ° 3: 2 beds (140 bed), balcony overlooking Mont-Blanc
2nd floor: Parental suite of 45 m²: 160 cm bed + 90 cm bed + 140 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC. 2 balconies with view of Mont-Blanc.
All bathrooms are fitted with heated towel rails.

As for the exterior, a 66 m2 terrace on stilts facing south with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc.

le paradis à la montagne

c'est le second séjour dans ce chalet, et nous avons passé une excellente semaine à chaque fois. le chalet est bien équipé, moderne et très agréable. l'emplacement est parfait pour un séjour calme et reposant il est suffisamment spacieux pour 2 grandes familles, chacun pouvant bénéficier de son intimité. de plus, si le temps le permet , son jardin avec vue sur le mont blanc est top! r c'est une adresse à vraiment garder

vacances magnifiques dans ce chalet

Venez dans ce chalet vous ne serez pas déçus de vos vacances, il est de toute beauté et tout est bien pensée à l'intérieur. Une vue magnifique sur le Mont-Blanc. Cordon est une petite et jolie station familiale avec beaucoup de convivialités. Nous avons passer une semaine inoubliable avec des amis. Je vous conseille sincèrement ce chalet et cette station. Merci

superbe location correspondant aux photos,rien ne manque,et proche des pistes et des stations ,idéale pour un groupe,nous étions 10 adultes et 2 enfants ,et la terrasse!!!!!!
