Private swimming pool (34sqm) including sun beds, umbrellas and sitting areas. The outside pergola is the perfect place for reading or dining. Also there is a private parking space. Make your evenings colourful with garden BBQ.

The interior is very elegantly decorated with high quality furniture, impeccably designed to offer a truly indulging holiday experience. The airy ground floor features a sizeable living room, a small bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and large sliding balcony doors to the swimming pool area. The living room and the kitchen has direct access to the private pool where you can relax surrounded by nature and soak up the warm Greek sun. There is a sofabed, which can also accommodate one person.

The sleeping area is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms (double bed-single beds) each with an ensuite bathroom. Each room has direct access to a private scenic veranda overlooking the garden with a view to the pool. Villa can accommodate up to 5 guests.

It is a new property built on 2020 in a very modern design.
The location of the property is ideal for starting exploration of the island. The villa is located in the beggining of Tsilivi village and only 850 meters from Tsilivi beach. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other supply stores are located in a short walking distance. Close to the town with its bars and restaurants Aguacate Glafki villa allows you to choose when and how to mingle and when to relax in privacy, comfort and style.
It is just a few minutes drive from Zakynthos airport and the main town

Private swimming pool with lighting and dimensions 7,50 m X 4,50 m and pool depth 1,50 m. Guests may enjoy their vacations time by the pool , drink champagne and sunbathe on the comfortable sunbeds.
