The stay was excellent. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Only complaint was that the pool was to cold for the kids to enjoy. Thankfully the stubbing the room saved us. We enjoyed our stay thank you!

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed a comfortable environment and that the downtown Charlevoix location was within walking distance of everything you wanted to see. That walk to everything convenience is one of the biggest reasons guests choose Pointes North Inn. From unit 203 you can easily stroll to Bridge Street shops, restaurants, coffee houses, and galleries, as well as Round Lake, the marina, the Pine River Channel, the iconic drawbridge, and nearby waterfront parks. Many guests also enjoy the short walk to the Lake Michigan beach and pier for sunsets and shoreline views. We are especially grateful for your kind words about the staff being pleasant and helpful. Our goal is to provide professional, responsive guest service from booking and check in through departure, with clear communication and quick support when needed. Housekeeping and property care teams also work hard to keep each condo style suite very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with fresh linens and the in room essentials that help guests settle in right away. Thank you again for choosing unit 203 and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate the recommendation and would be happy to welcome you back for another relaxing Charlevoix getaway at Pointes North Inn.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear the condo was very clean and reasonably well updated for its age. We’re sorry, however, that several maintenance items affected your stay. We appreciate you bringing the non-working stove burners, the upstairs toilet leaking onto the tile floor, and the missing Cuisinart coffee pot to our attention. We’re glad the front desk was able to provide a temporary coffee maker, but these items should have been addressed before your arrival. Your comments will be shared with our maintenance and management teams so the issues can be reviewed and corrected. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us identify where attention is needed for future guests.

Tamara, Thank you for the review! I am sorry that the beds were not up to par. With all the rooms being individually owned, some beds are different as far as stiffness preference.
