Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.
This beautiful condo boasts ceiling fans, wood floors in the living areas, tile throughout the bathroom, beautiful carpet in the bedroom, and an updated kitchenette. The bedroom provides a king-size bed, a smart tv, an oscillating fan, and additional outlets with USB ports. Additional sleeping space is a queen-size sleeper sofa and an ottoman that converts to a twin bed in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a removable shower handle, a movable shower chair, and grab-bars in the shower and by the toilet for easy accessibility. The living area contains a built-in countertop, plenty of storage, a mobile kitchen island with a full-sized fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, electric dual grill/skillet, and crockpot for cooking. You will also find a hightop four-person table, a comfortable electric chair, it rises to assist with standing or sitting, and a 50" smart television. Through the french doors in the living room, is a private screened-in patio space with seating for four and a view of the bridge. In addition to the luxurious amenities in this unit, there are board games in the closet for guests to enjoy!

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, and limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you have a little one.

Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great place and perfect location

This property was perfect. Just enough space for us and our 2 dogs. And the perfect location. I love just being able to walk out the front door and walk everywhere. Shops, restaurants and the beach etc. I would highly recommend it. The staff was super friendly as well.

Great location

excellent proximity to downtown Charlevoix. Easy walk to many amenities. Noise from upstairs loud at times. No WiFi the whole stay, otherwise amenities as expected. Bed and furniture comfortable, TV and appliances worked well.

Brandi is great. Had a snafu getting code but she texted me within an hour. Condo was clean.

If there’s one thing I would suggest and that is please give the cleaning crew the proper equipment to clean the shower floors and walls. Other than that we would absolutely stay there again!

Mold in shower stains on furniture

The location was prime. The living room and porch was great the bedroom had old furniture with stains on it and the bathroom had mold in the shower. The mold in the shower was very unsettling and I would NEVER resent this unit because of it.

Having a small kitchen/fridge is nice, though there was not a stove/oven. There is a screened in porch was great and it was very clean. The Condo is right next to the indoor/outdoor pool. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location to Charlevoix is ideal for walking downtown and to the beach. Only slight negative was the location of the condo is right next to the lobby/hallway of the building and the window of the bedroom looks out into the hallway so we made sure the curtains were shut 100% of the time. However this did not impact our stay, more FYI. Lastly, make sure you signout of the TV before 9am on checkout day as the Internet is automatically turned off (which we were not aware of). All in all we'd stay again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent as we could walk to everything downtown. The room had potential but the cleanliness was lacking. The shower curtain was grody, and the tiles needed to be cleaned and resealed as there was a bit of mold starting. My wife accidentally stuck her hand between the cushions of the couch while moving and got an instant sickening feeling as it felt like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The outside patio was in need of some cleaning as well and although we couldn't have used the outside pool because my wife had recent knee surgery it was closed. The photos make you believe it is a swim out from the inside type pool but it looks like its only that way in the summer months and not into fall. I have used VRBO several times now and this is the first sad report I have ever given (I shared this because sometimes you wonder if the people commenting are just chronic complainers).
