About this property

Traditional Basque Villa next to Hendaye beach.

Built in 1675, our home is bright, inviting and the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends in the center of Urrunge with capacity for 12 guests. Located on a peaceful, friendly side street, you're only a few minutes away from quiet Hendaye beach. It is the perfect place for relaxing and entertaining.
Mountains, rivers, Spain, Saint Jean de Luz, Biarritz, Bayonne, Espelette ..... a few kilometers away.
Our home is very modern and nicely furnished with a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, and the dining room has seating for 12 with very large living room dining room open to kitchen, terrace over 45m2.
The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms (sleeps 12 in total) and bathroom.
Bath towels and linens are provided, and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We have designed it to be comfortable and affordable.

Propriété très mal placée par rapport aux voisins,terrasse à proximité des fenêtres des voisins qui ne supportent pas que les gens discutent calmement sur cette même terrasse et se plaignent directement au propriétaire, ce qui nous a valut d’être expulsé après 2 nuits,nous avertissant après 10 h pour pouvoir être payé au prorata du temps passé. J’ai eu une conversation téléphonique avec le propriétaire qui s'est permis d’enregistrer notre conversation sans me demander mon autorisation. Ce serait bien qu’une personne de chez vous aille voir la localisation de cette maison. Sur l’annonce il est précisé qu’il y a 5 chambres et en fait il n’y en a que 4. Je peux vous dire que je ne recommande pas du tout cette location. De plus on était 12 adultes de plus de 60 ans donc pas des fêtards.

Week-end de l'ascension au pays basque très agréable.
La maison à Urrugne de Kristina est une belle maison. Authentique avec une décoration soignée, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. La terrasse est appréciable, la literie confortable, la cuisine bien équipée.

Belle maison au centre du village
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette maison idéalement située. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires de ce logement parfait pour naviguer entre l’Espagne et Biarritz.
