Outside, you will love this quiet neighborhood location, near the airport and Convention Center for Oktoberfest and the local Farmer's Market. Close to National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, TV, breakfast bar with seating, dining table, a beautiful, stacked slate wood burning corner fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has 3 twin beds and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
