This spacious 1200 square foot 2 bed/1 bath apartment in the heart of Saint Louis' Historic DeBaliviere place located right next to Washington University, Delmar Loop, Forest Park, the Art Museum, Children's Hospital and Barnes Jewish Hospital is the perfect place to enjoy everything the city has to offer!

Spacious and clean, this apartment has everything you need. Master bedroom includes a queen bed with memory foam matress and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed. Large living room area that has a sectional sleeper sofa with 55" 4K Roku TV and seating for 5. Includes brand new washer and dryer, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen, coffee maker, clothes steamer and Wifi.

We take pride in delivering a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to respond as soon possible.

Our quiet neighborhood is full of MBA students and located right next to Washington University, Forest Park, Delmar Loop, Barnes Jewish, and Children's hospitals.

Great Trip to St Louis!

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the apartment was compared to the neighborhood and building. Check in was quick and smooth, loved being able to park in the covered garage at night. The building was quiet, neighborhood was quiet, beds were comfortable, Overall it was everything we needed for our weekend trip to St Louis. My only complaint was the broken floor transition piece between the one bedroom and hallway; mainly because I had my 2 young kiddos that ran barefoot and it was asking for an injury.

Dingy, unkempt & stinking

The building is in a safe neighborhood. However, it’s very old & dingy. Looks like the common areas are never cleaned. The elevator did not work for 5 days out of our 2 week stay. It was unusable for 2 other days due to disgusting rotten smell. Not sure if a dog had barfed or someone dragged a leaky trash bag into it. The furniture in the condo is falling apart. The couch is so sagged that we had to stack pillows & extra comforter on it to be able to sit. Dining table is so flimsy & unstable that we were afraid it was going to fall apart. Lights in the hallway did not work. The manager said he was going to send someone to look into it but no one showed up. Internet was down for 2 days & hadn’t come back by the time we left. The wood flooring is peeling & falling apart. Carpets need a thorough deep cleaning. The furnace is a mess & has a mind of its own. It would sometimes blow hot air & sometimes blow cold air. Overall, if we were there under different circumstances, we would’ve moved out in a heartbeat. The only good thing abt the condo is its proximity to Children’s Hospital where our son was admitted for an open heart surgery.

Hello, we are Arthur and Ashleigh. We met in 2007 on Washington Avenue at a night club called Lucky’s and have been together ever since. At the time, Arthur was a personal trainer and Ashleigh worked for a local sports team. We both grew up in St. Louis County and then moved to the loft district in early 2007 to experience trendy, urban living. We had a lot of great times hanging out on Wash Ave, enjoying everything from the diverse selection of restaurants, the vibrant nightlife, and the excitement of St. Louis’ professional sports teams! Here we are 13 years later still enjoying city living but now in a house in South St. Louis City with our two dogs Tank and Bruno. We miss the energetic, urban, loft-style living so we decided to get properties in our favorite parts of the city to share those great experiences with you! We look forward to providing a warm, hospitable stay for all our guests, and love to share our personal tips and recommendations to ensure your stay is everything you want and more.
