“CASA ROARK” IS A ONE-OF-A-KIND OCEANFRONT CHALET WITH VIEWS THAT CAN EASILY BE AMONG THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WORLDWIDE. IT IS ONLY A FEW STEPS FROM THE BEACH. THE RECENTLY REMODELED CHALET HAS FOUR BEDROOMS, ALL WITH TVS AND WIFI. THE MASTER ROOM HAS A KING-SIZE BED AND A TWIN-SIZE SOFA BED. THE SECOND BEDROOM HAS TWO BUNK BEDS, THE THIRD BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED AND THE FOURTH BEDROOM HAS TWO SINGLE-SIZE BEDS. IT HAS A TOTAL OF FOUR FULL BATROOMS AND ALL ITS APPLIANCES ARE BRAND NEW. ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY, YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL HEATED POOL OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN. THE POOL USE IS ONLY FOR THE GUEST THAT BOOKED THE HOUSE IS NOT COMMUNAL.

INCREDIBLE beach house. The pictures do not do it justice, this place is absolutely gorgeous and so clean. Beach view was breathtaking, pool was so warm and lovely. Host, Richard, is incredibly kind and communicative and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend

Wish I didn't have to leave. Place was perfect and hope to come back with my family. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Beach burger restaurant down the road is a must. The public beach is only a mile away and is beautiful and a nice place to hang out. We climbed the rocks and what a view. Beach is rocky and rough but once you get past that the water was great to snorkel in.

The property is amazing, especially the outdoor area. There are so many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful views. It was nice to have air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the main part of the house. We enjoyed the private pool and easy access to walks along the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Beach House!

The house is on the edge of the ocean with a beautiful outdoor living space. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We walked to the bakery, grocery store and restaurants. Ricky was a great host and communicated promptly. We would love to visit again.

Local culture. Steps away from one of the top 10 beaches in PR (amazing place to snorkel)! True island indoor/outdoor living. Access to east, west, mountain, and south island. STOP LOOKING. This is the place island dreams are made of.

Bath shower downstairs as well as kitchen sink had no hot water. We Were told kitchen sink was made that way. Loft Bunk beds upstairs mattress were not comfortable at all. Owner was quick to respond, the service man arrived soon and turned up hot water which did make a difference in the other 2 rooms. We could have used more pillows and towels and the frig did not stay cold. Ice maker was not working we had to purchase ice. Shower heads were clogged spraying water many directions. Location, pool, deck, appearance of house, parking, gate, sound system and tv’s were great.

Good morning, Linda I just wanted to clarify for future guest some of your comments. First, ALL of the house showers are connected to the water heater. The temperature is standard, but we raised it as per your request. As I mentioned to you, the only sink without hot water is the kitchen sink. In order to have warm water in the kitchen sink, I would need to break the floor and tiles to run a new pipe. In my opinion, I don't think it's necessary. We provide two pillows for each bed and bath towels and beach/pool towels for each guest. Don't know why you will need more but if you needed more, you could have asked me. The refrigerator does not have and an ice maker. It is not working because it doesn't have one. Sorry you had to buy ice.

Awe-mazing!

You will not find anything closer to the ocean! The views! The soothing sound of the waves! The property is spectacular. The town is not touristy, which in my opinion is a plus. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc though.

AMAZING AND ONLY PLACE TO STAY IN PR!!!!!

I can't even begin to say how incredible this house was! Richard was amazing at communicating with us the whole time. When we drove up to the house it was like a dream! The entire place is open and beach front! The view is AMAZING, the pool is crystal clear, the art work, yard, just EVERYTHING about it was perfect! It has an upstairs and downstairs with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. A cute cozy balcony with rocking chairs to sit at night and sip wine. Everything you need is there! You never have to leave this slice of Heaven! It is the BEST place we stayed at the whole entire trip and would go back anytime! It was clean, bathroom was spacious and had everything you needed including hot water! You can actually walk down the steps to the beach from the front patio. There are tons of beaches around, close enough to walk to all night life, food truck right across the street! Locals were SUPER friendly! Like I said I can't say ENOUGH about this place and I could ramble on forever. The place is beautiful and you will NOT be disappointed!! We loved it so much we had our engagement pictures taken here!

IT IS AN INCREDIBLE CHALET LOCATED RIGHT IN FRONT OF ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN PUERTO RICO. THE CHALET WAS DESIGNED BY A VERY FAMOUS LOCAL ARCHITEC AND WE RECENTLY HAD THE PUERTO RICO FLAG ALONG WITH PUERTO RICO NATIONAL FLOWER PAINTED BY A YOUNG FEMALE MURALIST PAINTER.

What makes this property unique

THIS OCEAN FRONT CHALET WAS DESIGN BY LOCAL PUERTORRICAN ARCHITEC. IT HAS AN INCREDIBLE OCEAN FRONT TERRACE WITH BREATH TAKING VIEWS. RECENTLY ALL IT FIXTURES (A/C UNITS , REFRIGERATOR, COUNTERTOP STOVE) WERE REPLACED WITH NEW ONES.
