The 3 rules of real estate are, “Location, location, location”. Welcome to "The Luxury Gallery" in Fair Park. Our traveler’s oasis is located less than 10-15 mins Uber ride from Lovefield Airport. Our home is also 5-7 mins Uber ride from the heart of Deep Ellum, and 7-10 mins Uber ride from the heart of Downtown Dallas. The neighborhood is an area located in Fair Park that is currently in the process of being revitalized, and our Brand New Home is the first of its kind in the area. So if you are comfortable with City Living, "The Luxury Gallery" in Fair Park is sure to please!
PLEASE NOTE: Our home is for up to 4-guests ONLY, and we have a NO PARTY and NO INTERIOR SMOKING policy for the home. Also due to the new imposed social distancing laws currently in Dallas, only a maximum of 4-guests are allowed. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation. Each additional unauthorized guest will accrue a $100 fine and will be considered trespassing, even if “just dropping by”. If your family and friends live locally, go to their residences for visitation. NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, or EVENTS!!!
These policies are STRICTLY enforced for your safety and that of our home. If any of these policies are violated, this will be grounds for immediate eviction without payment refund.
THE SPACE:
You'll be pampered in our Brand New Construction Home, equipped with an 8-foot perimeter privacy fence, where we’ve spared no expense in providing our guests with premium accommodations that include all of the conveniences of modern living, without neglecting the charm of our most convenient neighborhood. Come, be our guest, enjoy this private dwelling alone or with up to 4-companions.
PLEASE NOTE: The home is a shared space with the home owners. Therefore, there are a few locked private rooms, closets and the home owner's personal effects that are to remain locked. The home owners travel often, and therefore the home is available for your private use for the open days shown on the booking calendar. In addition to your reservation request, please be sure to message us with the reason for your stay.
Our home is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Smoking is ONLY ALLOWED on the outside backyard screen-enclosed patio area with the back door closed to keep smoke from entering into the home.
You will have access to both private bedrooms (aka, "The Space Room" and "The Texas Room"), and their adjacent private bathrooms. You will also have full access to the shared, common areas of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and the outside backyard screen-enclosed patio deck (aka, The Bistro), as shown in the listing photos. Guests shall not be permitted to sleep in the shared living room area.
Both private Bedrooms have plush, Queen-Sized beds along with their adjacent private bathrooms, where you will find complementary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as blow dryers. There is a fully-stocked kitchen, coffee bar, hi-tech appliances, hi-speed Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning, including 3-flat screen Smart TV's equipped with a FREE unique Amazon Fire Stick Cable TV Streaming Service, including Netflix. You will also be provided with 1-set of bedding for each bed, and 4-sets of towels and protected bed mattresses.
The home also offers a full-sized washer and dryer, electric fireplace, key-less entry and off-street driveway parking to only accommodate 2-vehicles (The actual garage is private, and unavailable). There is also free on-street parking available (just be mindful of the posted public street cleaning and trash pick-up signs when parking out front). If the home owners are in town, the driveway parking will not be available for guest use.
Overall, the home features a cozy layout with tall ceilings, modern decor, stainless steel appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. For your additional safety, the home is equipped with a BRINKS Security System (including exterior cameras for your safety). The home has a dedicated office space for business travelers. The kitchen has a new gas range, and all the amenities needed to have a stay-cation while cooking at home.
LOCATION:
This amazing property is close to EVERYTHING the City of Dallas has to offer. Located in Fair Park, the home is just 1-mile from the epicenter of the world famous, Texas State Fair. You will be in the perfect location to enjoy ALL that South Dallas has to offer.
You are next to Deep Ellum and minutes from Downtown, Uptown, Trinity Groves and Bishop Arts -- ALL with wonderful nightlife and a host of unique local restaurants. 1-mile from Fair Park Cotton bowl, Musical Hall and Gexa Energy Pavilion. 2-miles from the K Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. 9-mins from American Airlines Center. 25-mins ride to AT&T Stadium, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Unbeatable convenience!
For all you gym enthusiasts, it is highly recommended that you visit our neighborhood’s Newly Renovated Fitness Facility, that is less than 75 yards (Northeast) walking distance from the House. $5 day passes are available. Please Google, Juanita J. Craft Recreation Center, for more details.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED. THIS HOUSE RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED FOR YOUR SAFETY, AND WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
GUEST ACCESS:
Check-in instructions, including your unique keypad Door Code for the front door smart lock will be texted to your phone number on-file after booking. Please make sure your cell phone number is up to date in the system or you will not receive the keypad Door Code. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
You have complete access to the shared spaces of our home, as shown in the provided pictures. The home is always pre-cleaned and stocked with complimentary travel-sized supplies and ready for arrivals 24/7/365.
A mandatory weekly cleaning fee of $95 will be charged for guests who stay beyond seven (7) calendar days, or six (6) consecutive nights, in an effort to insure the home continues to meet our highest standards of quality and comfort. The housekeeping service will enter the home during this period(s) to perform necessary cleaning services. This fee will be Invoiced separately through VRBO after your extended stay booking is confirmed. And the fee must pre-paid through VRBO prior to your scheduled Checkin date.
In the event that either of the provided "The Bistro" backyard patio deck enclosed-screens are damaged during your stay, there will be a fee of $1,000 (per screen) assessed to repair the screens back to their pristine condition.
If there is damage to any of the appliances, furniture, and overall home decor during you stay, there will be a fee assessed to repair and/or replace all items damaged at their full replacement cost.
If there is evidence of smoking in the home, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $150 assessed to provide smoke removal services from the home.
If the carpets and area rugs are stained or damaged during your stay, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $300 assessed to provide carpet cleaning services.
