We had a great time staying here. Apartment was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. This will be our first choice from now on when we stay in Lorne.
Such a great place to stay. Pool, tennis courts, Main Street and beach within moments on foot. We didn’t use the car once we’d arrived which is great for a young family
The apartment is clean and spacious, perfect for a family of four. It’s right in the heart of Lorne with everything right at your fingertips. Can’t wait to stay again!
We loved staying at this property. The proximity to the shops and the beach was great. The flat had everything we needed and included some rackets for the tennis courts and essential beach items including a trolley which was really useful!
We stayed over Easter and the location of the flat within the resort meant that it was quiet at night time too.

A great place to stay for a summer break. Didn’t need to use car once parked. Easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Lots of beach items to use in apartment which was great. Kel was a great host and fast to respond.
This is in a great location. The unit is very well appointed with many items people staying might want to use.
Communication was excellent for the whole process.
The lift from the car park was a bonus for bringing our luggage up to the apartment.
In all it largely contributed to a very relaxing stay for my husband and I.
The apartment was well designed, spacious and very comfortable. The host was fantastic to deal with and entry and exit was seamless. There was plenty of linens, blankets and stuff for the family to use. The complex facilities were great and we enjoyed the sauna, spa, pool and tennis court/basketball court. The balcony had a picturesque view of the garden and beach. Best of all, leave your car and you can walk everywhere. Location was amazing super close to shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to return.
We had an amazing time at this property. It was a fantastic position, so close to the beach and all Lorne offers. The indoor pool/sauna/gym are a great addition. The property itself is very well equipped and had lots of extras like beach equipment and toys and a well stocked kitchen. The view from the balcony and sound of the water was very relaxing. Kel was great to deal with and he accommodated some changes we had due to a last minute illness. We are looking forward to coming back.
Property very clean located in a complex with plenty of amenities.
Location to Beach and eateries was fantastic everything you could want was within an easy walking distance. Owner was very accommodating and easy to contact if needed. Check in and check out process couldn't be simpler as everything was explained in detail before arrival. Overall great property and even greater location helped by even better weather for duration of stay. 5 STARS.
We often stay at the Cumberland in Lorne due to the excellent location. This apartment was very well appointed with beautiful modern decor and great games and outdoor equipment for the kids. Will definitely stay again.
We arrived late Friday night to find a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates on the dining table. The apartment was very nicely presented with lovely furnishings and decor. It certainly was a nice surprise to see a view of the ocean from the balcony in morning. Kel certainly turned on the warm hospitality and I would recommend others to stay. We had a great time staying at this apartment. The location is excellent, with restaurants, coffee shops and the beach within 2 minutes walk. The apartment itself could use a little sprucing up. Particularly the bench tops in the kitchen and bathroom, however over all was a great apartment with plenty of extras to make your stay more pleasant. The WiFi was very average, but not the owners fault, as it is a part of the complex. Couldn't watch a movie on Netflix without it buffering all the time.
Would recommend this apartment for any family holiday, with Lorne on the gateway to many attractions

Thanks Adrian, the local internet connection had failed over to the back up, we are getting it repaired as soon as possible, apologies. Also benchtops are on the to-do list once we get out of peak season.
Excellent holiday location - across the road from beach , shops a stone throw away , great facilities , clean and well maintained apartment , perfect for a families
