Built in 2018 this 3,100 sq ft luxury three-level home with a big game room and a forest view deck is waiting to host you. Spacious living room with two cozy window reading nooks, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom on the upper level. Two guest bedrooms, an office with a convertible sofa, and a guest bathroom with a tub on the middle level. A game room with two twin bunk beds and a second TV is on the bottom level. The game room has foosball and shuffleboard tables. The house is located on Cul-du-Sac street, so there is no car traffic, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.

We loved our stay here. Anna’s place is incredibly clean and spacious, and we loved everything about it — the teen space, the generous kitchen area, and the lovely backyard. Anna is an excellent host, always welcoming and accommodating. It’s such a memorable place, and we look forward to coming back every year.

We had a fantastic time staying here for the holidays. The pictures do not do it justice, the house is so beautiful and spacious. It was clean, and cozy. Anna the host was very helpful, and quickly responded to all my questions. Highly recommend this place!

awesome place close to many ski resorts

the place was clean, large, tidy, well stocked, and very convenient to all the local resorts. host was very responsive. highly recommend for big family or groups visiting tahoe! I especially appreciated there are no pets or smoking, due to my allergies.

Beautiful fully equipped home

Loved our stay between Xmas and new years. House is equipped with everything you need, very modern, and very spacious. Great location if you are skiing at Sugar Bowl which we did. Has a little grocery store just a couple minutes down from the house as well as a ski rental place in case you need it. Communication with Anna was great and we would highly recommend it. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Disappointing

Soda Springs was great, but the experience at the property was disappointing for the following reasons: a) we booked with specific intention to consider our options and the host did not honor the stated cancellation; b) the heating in the basement was non-functional (host offered space heaters, but only after we already squeezed upstairs and in general something we prefer not to do); and c) general condition of the house was overstated (very few trash cans, lots of spiders, sparse/cheap linens, bear box was full and I had to repack trash). The heat not working in particular took away the game and bunk room, which was the main draw for us given our young kids. I was disappointed that we were only offered 25% of our total cost, only after I had suggested it seemed appropriate, and only if I agreed not to write a review about the experience. In all, it felt like a low-end experience.

Hidden Gem

Very clean and spacious home. Room for the family to spread out. Kitchen/Living room area is very functional and inviting. Game room is fun for the kids. Appliances are solid. Wifi not so great- You'll need a hotspot if you have any serious work to do. Overall easy access and nice family-friendly home.
