Apartment Sandra (A2+1) excellent position with private parking

Our apartment for 2 to 3 people we recently renovated offers you a quiet place to enjoy and relax during your stay in Rovinj.
The apartment's location is on a 10 minute walk from the city center and 15 min from the nearest beaches. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby the house.

The apartment is composed of one bedroom with double bed, a living room with a kitchen and dining table, and a bathroom. Also there is a balcony with table and chairs on the entrance to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of your favourite drink. This apartment is best choice for a couple with or without a child or 2-3 friends. The sofa becomes a bed for the third person. We also offer baby cot for your baby, upon request.

Additional things we offer are clean towels and bedding and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a safe in the apartment, coffee machine, a microwave, a water kettle, an iron, a hairdryer and an air-conditioner.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and is forbidden inside the apartment. This apartment is situated between ground floor and first floor with a separate entrance and a private parking place for your car just in front of the entrance, as well as your bikes. There are 5 stairs to enter the apartment so it might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Pets are not allowed.
