This 3 bedroom unit is just perfectly positioned for your affordable Port Fairy getaway. The first 2 bedrooms contain Queen beds with built in wardrobes, the third room has 2 single beds also with built in robes.

The unit has 2 lounges, the top floor lounge has a large screen TV as well as outdoor decking area with outdoor seating. Enjoy a morning coffee as the world wakes up. Downstairs is the second smaller lounge area, perfect for sending the kids when you need some peace and quiet!

Facilities Include:

Full cooking facilities for self catering. Includes full oven and hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, all utensils for self catering.
Comfortable lounge with DVD player and digital television accepting all Metropolitan television stations.

Good location but

The unit is in a very good location diagonally opposite to a fish and chips shop and just one street off the east beach. The property is not maintained well enough. There were cobwebs on the doors and elsewhere. The toilet is small. No handwash provided neither in the toilet nor in the kitchen. Shower door is replaced with a curtain and the whole bathroom area is complete mismatch with rest of the bedrooms. There is a sofa on living room which needs a lot of cleaning as it’s full of marks patches. If the property is carefully maintained such small issues could have been overlooked. But you don’t pay so much money to end up with a dirty sofa which would be used all the time. A bit disappointing.
