Located only a short drive from many of the Peninsula's favorite attractions - Wineries, Enchanted Garden, Peninsula Hot Springs, Main Ridge Strawberry Farm and Gunamatta Trail Rides - and bay beaches.

Spacious and bright, you are met immediately as soon as you open the front door with beautiful bay views. These stunning views are found in many of the living areas and bedrooms.

The perfect holiday home for families. The home offers up a large open plan lounge, dining area on the entry level that leads through to a large family kitchen with sliding doors out to spacious balcony with outdoor seating and gas BBQ. The perfect vantage point to watch the boats sail by from nearby Martha’s Cove Marina.

One of the best staycation in Mornington!

My whole family of 15 enjoyed the stay so much this time around. We have stayed at a lot of big houses in the past and this one easily tops it off. Not only the property was super clean, the host super responsive and helpful, we loved how central it was in Dromana. Only 4min drive to Dromana Beach, 15 min drive to Enchanted Adventures and there is some nice restaurants not far off. The rooms settings were great especially with 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom was not really an ensuite so that was really helpful so that everyone could freely go use that bathroom. Everyone had a great bonding experience especially with the pool and foosball table in the basement. I want to thank Suzanne so much of her hospitality and the Easter chocolates. The kids absolutely loved it!

Family trip

Great house, it was big enough to fit our whole family, had a massive backyard and play room down stairs, kids enjoyed their stay, the balcony view was amazing especially at night, kitchen had lots of cutlery and pots and pans to cook in.

Stunning place

Stayed for 7 nights. House is very spacious and bedrooms are perfect for large families. We stayed with 4 families and the house accommodated perfectly. The beds were a little uncomfortable to sleep on and upon arrival bins were all full so ended up with a lot of rubbish that we couldn’t fit in bins but other than that it was a beautiful place to stay close to everything stunning view and very clean! Suzanne was pleasant and fast to respond if we needed anything. Thank you! Highly recommend

Exactly as advertised with spectacular views.

The property is in ideal location, walk to shopping strip and beach. Good facilities and well equipped. We had a TV issue ( unexpected) and response to have fixed was quick and adequate communication provided. Great house for groups, well stocked with essentials and the most amazing relaxing views of the bay. Highly recommend, excellent value for price.

A gorgeous home!

Our family from overseas spent two nights in this property and had the best experience ever. The place is a lot better than in reality. Two thumbs up for cleanliness, ammenities, communication with the property manager, accessibility….as a whole, we just love this place! Everything went beyond our expectations.
