キャンセルを手続きすることもできず、宿泊料金だけ取られて最悪のホテル・楽天トラベルです。 今後一切、楽天トラベルは使用しません。なぜならば、キャンセルの利かないプランだったからです。 非常に最悪でした。宿泊はしていません。残念！！

とにかく衛生面がかなり問題ありです

とにかく衛生面がかなり問題ありです。清掃業者が入っているとはとても思えません。まずチェックインしてすぐに冷蔵庫に食べ物を入れようとしたところ、前の利用者が置いて行ったと思われる賞味期限切れのソーセージなど数点がありました。食器類も汚く、かなりしっかり洗ったりラップを敷いたりして使うしかありませんでした。布団もホコリだらけ、ハウスダストアレルギーの症状も酷く出ましたし、またこちらを利用しようとはあまり思いません。

遠方に越していましたが、帰省の際の拠点として利用しました

遠方に越していましたが、帰省の際の拠点として利用しました。観光等ではなく地元で数日遊ぶという目的において、最適な環境でした。 3泊4日での利用でしたが、数週間程度の滞在でも不便がないと思えるほど充実した環境です。 難点として、夜になってからチェックインしようとしましたが、近隣は奥まった住宅地で目立った目印等もなく周囲も暗かっためどこが宿泊先なのか迷ってしまいました。せめて看板等があればわかりやすいと思います。 立地以外の環境は大満足でした。 また次回の帰省の際にも利用したいと思います。

コインパーキングが近くにあり、車で利用しやすかったです。エアコン完備で、どの部屋にいても快適に過ごせました。
