place was nice. I'd just say the area needs to have more light on the walkway at night.First night I got there my flight was delayed and didnt really know where I was going in the dark.overall though great little spot and was easy drives to all of my son baseball games.
Great, affordable and just right for our needs, will be staying again next year!
Perfect size, price with all amenities along with location. We were very pleased with our experience. Will definitely stay again if available next visit!
It was a little warm sleeping at the top but at the end of the day well worth it! Definitely utilize the fan that they provide for you for free, but I will definitely say again if they will have us! Beautiful view wonderful home extremely easy
This is our second booking to this cottage, and it did not disappoint!
Beautiful view of greenery, quiet little spot - our little family of 3 fits perfectly.
We are so happy our trip to Legoland was a great success.
Great tiny home, second time we've stayed at this property, all the amenities we needed and quick response when we had an issue. Would highly recommend for a couple.
The tiny house was great! It was clean, well laid out for space, just roomy enough for our family of 4. Close to Legoland, about 12 minutes away. Communication and ease of access was super! Would stay here again.
This tiny house was tastefully done and very comfortable. It was fun feeling like a kid again sleeping in the loft bed. Having the breeze come in off the lake was an added plus. Made for a very stress free evening.
It was a cute place with lakefront sunrises! It worked well for our stay. Note bring a flashlight its dark walking down the path at night. We did come across a racoon one evening.
It wasnt what i expected but tried to make the best of it,i didn't sleep all weekend due to the air being suffocating

Neat tiny house setup. A little pricey and a little tough not banging my head on the bed.

Inside of Tiny House was clean. Window blind was broken and missing slats so you could see in. Had to
Cover with a towel.
Parking for unit is not clearly marked, no sign for Tiny House so was difficult to figure out where to park on arrival.
Photo online showing Tiny house with lake view is obviously old and does not depict accurately. The property is now overgrown. You cannot see the tiny house from the path as overgrown and the view of the lake is completely overgrown and now no view of the lake. This, in my opinion is false advertising of the property.
I booked this property for me and my 2 kids for a weekend trip to Legoland. I’ve been obsessed with the idea of tiny homes. This was my chance lol. The kids were excited as well. We had a great experience. It was comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed drinking coffee out on the deck and watching a wild rabbit eat. We enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend. Since we have Legoland passes we will be back. Next time, we will try the container home and the boat house.
My brother and I stayed at the tiny house for two weeks while we were in town for flight training at a nearby airfield. The stay was great, just perfect for two guys. Property was clean and quiet. Check-in was straight forward. The cottage was comfortable, exactly as the photos and listing show, and outfitted with everything we needed for our two week stay. Bathroom may be a bit small if you like counter space, and the addition of a toaster oven would be cool but absolutely no complaints. We really liked the loft beds and enjoyed the large secluded deck when we had free time. We had one minor issue when the breaker tripped in the kitchen area while cooking dinner, but the host/ owner was immediately responsive and got us back online in no time. I plan to stay again next time I’m in the area.

I never stayed at this place. I checked-in with the access code and found another family living in this place. I called the owner and he said it was vrbo’s mistake and they double- booked me.
So, I booked holiday inn for the same dates and stayed there. I called vrbo and Expedia, they had me in wait for 40 mins on line and said they will refund my money after getting confirmation from the owner , and I’m yet to get it, 2 days have gone since and I’m on vacation, so I will call them when I get back home.
Please be careful booking places with vrbo or with private owners because the owner of this place had no concern for us, not even an apology from his side.
So this is the first time we have stayed in a VRBO, we typically just stay in hotels when we are on vacation. This place was super cool and different! We truly enjoyed our time there and recommend anyone who is wanting to get a different experience compared to the regular hotel thing. The "Tiny House" was very clean and comfortable. Short of the pillows being completely flat and uncomfortable, lol, this place was worth every penny and we will definitely use these rental properties again while in town. Next time we will try to get the "The Boat House" or "The View House", which were the other 2 homes to rent on the property. Thank you very much for the great experience, we truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to.coming back one day soon!
My son and his friend along with myself stayed at this property and had a great week. Nice location by the water easy access to several lakes near by. Next year if we come back to Florida fishing we will stay here again.

Response from VrboOwner on 27 May 2022
Great guest, no issues. Took great care of our place and left it once and clean.
Booked easily through VRBO. Received message from owner with information and check-in instructions. All worked out as expected. Took stock of available appliances and other provided supplies, then stocked up on all we needed for our stay.
Television streaming options were an unexpected surprise.
