zentrale Lage

Danke für den super erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen und wurde sogar noch übertroffen (mit Liebe ins Detail ausgestattet in einer sehr schönen zentralen Lage). Die Lage ermöglicht einen 'Alles' in null Komma nichts zu erreichen (Einkaufen, Bars, Restaurants, Strand sowie Kultur). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und gekrönt wurde das ganze mit einer sehr netten Kommunikation und einem entsprechenden Empfang vor Ort.

Enttäuscht

Auf dem ersten Blick ganz schön, aber dann nahm der Ärger seinen Lauf. Ausgeschrieben mit zwei Schlafzimmern und für fünf Personen, war die FEWO dann nur mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und im Wohnzimmer eine Ausziecouch (sehr eng). Die Toilettenspülung ging gleich nach derersten Benutzung kaputt. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte leider auch nicht, sodass wir vieles wegschmeißen konnten. Zu den Betten gab es jeweils nur eine Decke für zwei Personen. Unter dem Bett im Schlafzimmer fand unser Hund einen Slip und ein Top vom Vorgänger. Eine Komunikation mit dem Vermieter war nur über sms möglich, was sich auch als schwierig erwieß. Die Unterkunft befindetsich in einem Wohnhaus in der fünften Etage ohne Aufzug, jedoch mit großen Treppenstufen. Für uns war der Weg mit Gepäck sehr erschwerlich...Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Kolberg macht Spaß

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Die FeWo ist klein aber fein! Mit 4Pers. war es gut! Für Zwei wäre es optimal. Die Lage ist sehr gut nur das Aufsteigen in den 4.Stock ist etwas Mühsam. Wir haben Kolberg fast ausschließlich zu Fuß erkundet! In unmittelbarer Nähe sind alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gastronomische Angebote erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und unkompliziert. Er war sehr entgegen kommend und hilfsbereit. Alles in allen ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
