Suite #5 - 450 sqft of quality construction and remarkable ocean views. Your own private oasis! Thoughtfully curated for those seeking a quiet retreat.



This spectacular 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite offers a spacious living space including a pullout queen size sofa (sleeps 2). Expansive ocean views from your living room suite. Apple TV on every TV. High Speed internet and AC. This unit is on the 1st floor and shares a patio with unit 4, perfect for a morning cuppa. A true modern escape!



A stunning kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Nespresso Vertuo coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals.



The comfortable king size bed is fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. Seamless pocket doors lead into the ensuite bathroom with a Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, Graff rain shower, stand alone bathtub and perfectly lit LED vanity.



Quality finishes are found throughout the property, where you always have enough space to enjoy friends and family. Breathe in fresh ocean air as you relax on the oceanfront loungers with face shields. The grassy area is the perfect place to do morning yoga while overlooking the ocean. Great location for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. Seconds away from the sand!



When the tide is right, walk on the sand to great local spots, such as Malibu Pier, Nobu and the SoHo House. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles away and is reachable by foot or car. Whole Foods grocery store is nearby.



Complimentary on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability at the time of arrival. A maximum of one vehicle is permitted per suite. Parking spaces are not assigned or reserved.

**Please note that a neighboring building is currently undergoing renovations. Guests may experience construction-related noise during daytime working hours. The work is external to our suites, and all amenities remain available. We have adjusted our pricing accordingly, and we appreciate your understanding.



Guest Access:

Our guests have access to their assigned suite and all shared common areas, including the expansive grassy area, grilling stations, beach sand lounging area, and laundry room. We are also happy to provide any additional beach chairs and towels at request. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).



The Neighborhood:

Dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals, Carbon Beach has become one of the most popular and requested beaches in Malibu. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. You will be steps away from Nobu, the SoHo House, and seconds away from the sand. You can walk to Surfrider beach or the Malibu Pier from the beach access onsite, or you can walk a little further to the Country Mart for the best restaurants and shops in Malibu. There are always new shops opening nearly every day.



Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.



Getting Around:

SA Suites are located in the heart of Malibu within walking distance to the Malibu Pier and just steps away from Malibu's most iconic beach, Carbon Beach. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles and is reachable by foot or car. We offer car rental services to our guests. Uber is readily available.



Other Things to Note:

Please message our team before booking and contact the Home Manager first. Additional terms and credit card processing fees may apply depending on your booking platform. The stated cancellation policy applies.



SA Suites offers a peaceful environment. Please respect other guests, neighbors, common areas, and private units.



House Rules:

• If arriving after 10:00 PM, please notify our team in advance.



1. No Parties. No Visitors. No Unapproved Guests.

All guests must be registered before booking. ID may be required. Unlisted guests are not permitted. Guests may access the property only during their stay.



2. No pets except service animals as required by law.



3. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes indoors or outdoors. A $500 fee applies for false alarms or violations. High Brush Fire Zone.



4. Do not send mail or packages directly to the property. We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed items.



5. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM. The property is on Pacific Coast Highway and road and/or wave noise may be heard.



6. Parking: One vehicle maximum per suite. Parking is first-come, first-served and subject to availability. Display the provided parking pass. Vehicles without a valid pass may be towed. If full, park on PCH where permitted.



7. Do not hang clothing or towels from glass railings.



8. Pre-Stocking: Available with one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies.



9. Day of Arrival:

Self-check-in or a personal tour may be available. Only the booking guest may check in and ID is required.



10. Check-In: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and approval. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM, please notify our team in advance.



Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late checkout is available until 12:00 PM for $50 per hour with advance approval.



12. Lost items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Shipping plus a $50 service fee applies to returned items.



13. Do not move furniture without written approval. Fees may apply for repositioning or damages.



14. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee. International cards may incur an additional 1.5%. Bank wire is available upon request.



15. Cleanliness: Homes are thoroughly cleaned between stays with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and attention to high-touch surfaces.



An exterior motion-sensored camera at the front door is active during guest stays.
