Excellent week!

We LOVED our stay at the villa. It was very accommodating and CLEAN! The host was very informative gave us tips and tricks for the area and was extremely accommodating. I have zero complaints would definitely be back!

We just got back from our vacation with family and friends. Must say that the pictures are accurate, the views are unimaginable being right on the beach; couldn't stop staring out at bay, we were literally 30’ from the sand/water. The house is very much as described and would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed everything the villa had to offer !!

We come to St. John most years and the property, right on the water was great. The paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear made for a fun time.. we will be back!

This was an amazing place to have for the week! Marykae and Al were amazing as well as the property managers. HIGHLY recommend having Giovanni for a night as well as having Laura give you a massage (she even comes right to the property)! Can not say enough good things about our week spent here!!

Good place, fair price, better for larger groups, don't like foam mattresses, great views

The team and property are very good, very helpful, very responsive. The view is beautiful. The beach is very pebbly, so bring water shoes. The location is hard to find and out of the way, but it's not a big problem. It would be great if the team arranged pickup at the ferry for you as part of the welcome. A good place particularly for a family or a few couples. The price is also quite fair.

Paradise!

This three bedroom house was perfect for the six of us (2 adults and four teenagers). Each room has their own bathroom and a king size bed. The property manager went out of her way to accommodate our late arrival as well. Walk right outside the back door and you’re on the sand! This bay had some of the best snorkeling on the island! Snorkel gear, paddle boards and kayaks are all right there to use. Would definitely stay here again!
