It was a rental. No batteries in remote. Cracked tiles on floor. Jetted tub but jets didn’t work. Mattresses in guest room was lumpy. But overall it was an okay rental. Would have liked a list of what is provided so that we can purchase what is needed. Sunrises were beautiful. View was good. It accommodated our family of 10 well.

We sincerely apologize for the items you mentioned, as this is not the level of detail or comfort we strive to provide. We have addressed the remote concern — the main Dish remote is always stocked with working batteries, though any additional remotes found in drawers may not be in use or maintained. That said, we will review all remotes to ensure everything is clear and guest-ready moving forward. We are also taking a closer look at the flooring, mattresses, and jetted tub to ensure everything is fully functional and up to our standards. We truly appreciate your suggestion about providing a detailed list of included items. This is great feedback, and we will be improving our pre-arrival communication so guests can better prepare for their stay. Thank you again for your input — it helps us continue to improve. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We incurred problems with the dryer. It was unclear as to what we were suppose to do with the water in the pan, etc. It was making too much condensation.There were not enough wine glasses and dinner knives. Porch light was not working.Front door knob was causing problems.

The resort and the room were WONDERFUL! We had a family of 8 and had plenty of space in this room. The views of the ocean and harbor were beautiful. The pools at Caribe, the trolley to the beach boardwalk, and the service were all outstanding. The pictures of the room were spot on with what we experienced upon arrival. My family and I will look to book this exact room for our next trip to Orange Beach!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Aqua Vacations 3bd condo at Caribe Resort! The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed with stunning views of the Gulf and bay. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly responsive. Great for boaters, too! Highly recommend for a family vacation!
