Great little place with a hot tub for relaxing. Beautiful piece of the river. Just a few minutes the heart of Hot Springs. The hot tub was so nice to help with the relaxing weekend. Two of the bedrooms don't have an air conditioner so they could get hot in the summer months.
The host was amazing with great communication and the cabin was very quiet with a fantastic view. The were only two issues, but none related to the host or the actual cabin. There were many bugs due to the river being so close by. The other issue was poor cell service, luckily there was good wifi.
This was a great place to stay during our mountain visit. It was clean and, while not modern, had a nostalgic Appalachian grandmother charm that I found really comforting. A few quick tips: bring your own shampoo and soap (there’s just a small bar for the shower and pump hand soap for the sink), some plastic wrap for leftovers from your cooking in the full kitchen, and a lighter for the fire pit. Other than that, it’s well stocked and peaceful. The beds are very firm, but the sleep was cozy and quiet. Text communication with the host was super pleasant and friendly, and the hot tub was clean. Overall, it’s a very sweet place. Be sure to step outside at night for the beautiful stargazing in Madison County!
Property was perfect. Had everything we needed. Weren't at cabin much since we were attending a wedding at Painted Rock Farm. Plenty of room for our party of 5 to spread out. We loved the hot tub. Hot Springs is a cute little town.
We recommend this beautiful cabin and the area for a nice family vacation. This was an amazing experience for us. The cabin is a nice home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a nice kitchen, gas stove, big refrigerator. The living room is so comfy and the TV has a large list of channels to watch, the house provide you good Internet connection. The owners are so nice.
The yard is gorgeous with view to the mountains and view to the river . There is a fabulous new hot tub that was so enjoyable. Something that we loved the most was the hummingbirds feeder in the garden and close to the hot tub. It was a blessing to watch several hummingbirds flying around. We loved everything about our stay here, if you are thinking about to rent this cabin don't wait much and just do it.
Cute, traditional cottage in peaceful country setting. Nothing fancy but very well cleaned with everything you need. The hot tub was the place to be!
For future renters: Google maps doesn’t have the address right, and brings you far past the house. You’ll want to get in touch with the owner before heading out so you don’t get lost (without cell coverage).
We had a great time at the cabin. The hot tub was hot and ready upon arrival. We stayed in the winter and the cabin stayed warm and cozy. Owners were available and accommodating without being in our way. Would stay again.
The house itself was nice and cute with a great view but very outdated furnishings with a lingering old smell to it. And the bathroom was just awful. My biggest complaint is that there is no privacy. The owner and grandson come by daily and a service road right beside by the house is used to access their property and with COVID 19 and a newborn grandchild I did not appreciate the constant visits. My daughter was friendly with them but I refused any interaction and stayed inside! And the outside furniture was terribly dirty....dire need of a good cleaning on the front and back porch. I wanted solitude for a visit with my family and it just wasn’t going to happen there! ☹️

Hi Richia, We want all of our guests to find the perfect vacation rental for their stay, so we take the accuracy of our listings seriously:
- All furniture is new within the past 6 months and is as pictured in the listing photos
- The cabin is separated from the rest of the property by a line of fully-grown trees for privacy, and there is not a service road outside
- The owners will only stop by after guests check in to make sure that there aren't any issues
- They did not leave their car, so when they spoke with you while you were on the porch the distance between you was well over the CDC recommended 6 ft
- The owners also let us know that the back porch has been cleaned
The owners take the experience of their guests seriously, and we're confident that upcoming travelers can look forward to a 5-star stay at the cabin!

Fantastic little cabin
This was the perfect "get away from it all" river side cabin. The little town of Hot Springs had several fantastic trails that even my 2-year-old enjoyed. This cabin specifically had all we needed to disconnect from work and enjoy family time. What is great about his cabin is it has an old time feel but with modern features. I felt like I was 10 years old at my grandmother's house, so it felt like home. If you want to be near nature and get what country living is about this is a great location. The hosts were fantastic and always nearby if needed but also distant which gave us privacy. Seeing the river from the hot tub and front porch was just surreal . I highly recommend you visit, we certainly will again in the future.
