Our stay at The Villa was for a reunion with long-time friends who we had not seen for almost 10 years. The Villa was the perfect choice given it's size (spacious bedrooms all with beautiful outlooks), location (close to Healdsburg and many wineries but still felt very secluded and private) and amenities (specially the pool!) There were many areas within the house and on the patio that allowed for multiple one-on-one conversations. The kitchen was very well appointed and the grill area was a de facto outdoor kitchen which allowed for easy prepping and cooking with plenty of elbow room. When it was time to retire, the bedrooms felt very private. The furnishings were comfortable and the wine cave/game table area was a great place for the group to congregate for a fun evening. We were there during a heatwave and never had an issue with the solar-powered generator that powers the entire house; the house stayed at a comfortable temperature both day and night. The host was communicative and responsive before, during and after the stay, and showed genuine interest in making sure were were enjoying our stay. Don't miss the complimentary wine tasting! The tasting room staff was very attentive and informative, and the Reeve wines are truly unique and delicious.

This was an absolutely stunning vacation spot. My fiancé and I got married here, and could not have been happier. An absolutely beautiful kitchen and living room space for hosting close friends and family. A beautiful pool and views of vineyards. Truly one of a kind.

Beautiful way to see Sonoma

Our group absolutely raved about the property and the hospitality during our stay. The location is also a great starting point for tastings in both Sonoma and Napa. The tasting at Reeve was delightful and we added on a chef dinner in the villa which was such a fun way to end the trip.

This is an amazing property. Very comfortable, all the amenities, great and accommodating staff, wonderful wine tasting experience with fabulous pizza a short stroll from the front door. This place is private and quiet with great views.

Perfect spot for a wine weekend

Great spot for a wine weekend. The property was clean and had all the standard amenities. The house layout was perfect for a large group to enjoy each others company. We added the private chef dinner for one of the evenings and it was wonderful. Checkout process was very minimal and easy. Will definitely be back again.

Fabulous stay

We had such a great stay at this property. The house and surrounding property are just beautiful. The house was so comfy and well appointed. The view was spectacular. We took a walk down the lane to visit the goats, saw deer and turkey daily. We very much enjoyed the wine at the Reeve tasting room. Sad to leave but know we will be back.

Absolutely wonderful property with high quality furnishings, privacy and stunning west facing views of Dry Creek Valley. We stayed here to celebrate an 80th birthday and it rose to that occasion. Host was exceptionally communicative and helpful. We have stayed in many rentals in the area, and this now reigns supreme as the best.

Perfect location and spectacular views

The villa was a perfect place to enjoy our time with family and share what the Dry Creek and Russian River Valley’s wineries have to offer. The villa is clean and spacious providing all amenities to relax at home or go out and experience.the attached Reeve winery and surrounding vineyards. Our single favorite northern CA wine country villa

This was our second one-week stay in this villa, which remains our absolute favorite accommodation in the region when a larger home is required. The house, location, view, and amenities (pool,spa, fireplaces, Sonos, etc.) are absolutely top-notch and the fact that it's attached to a superlative young winery (Reeve) and off-grid makes us even happier. We could not recommend this place or its proprietors more unreservedly. Book it if you need 4 bedrooms and the time of your life.
