About this property

This four bedroom, three bathroom luxury villa is situated in the pristine confines of Dry Creek Valley, just ten minutes from downtown Healdsburg. You get all of the charming amenities of country life—stars, peace, beauty, views, farm animals—while being only minutes away from the bustle of Healdsburg, and surrounding wine country and outdoor activities.

The villa is located on the magical 55 acre property with a small winery and farm. We provide an agricultural farm stay experience, which includes complimentary tastings in our winery, and a farm to table bite to pair with your wine. We'd be happy to let you feed the furry animal residents too, if that is something you might enjoy.

The property consists of a winery/tasting room, barn, cottage, and the villa. Our tasting room is by appointment only and the property is managed by the owners.

The drive to the property is 1/2 mile off of Dry Creek Road (entrance is one mile past the renown Dry Creek General Store). You weave through old oaks dripping with Spanish moss and are surrounded by rolling vineyards. Once you enter through the privacy gate, you are amongst majestic vegetation, gardens, animals, and all sorts of little nooks to lounge and relax. The entire property is off the grid and runs completely on solar energy. We make every effort to respect the earth and the surroundings that provide the perfect backdrop to your stay.

The villa has four king bedrooms, three full bathrooms with showers, smart TV's, WIFI, SONOS, three gas fireplaces, a wine cellar(just like a hotel bar), media room, washer and dryer, and full kitchen with prep area. All beds have professionally cleaned and pressed linens, and furnishings are new. The outdoor living space has a pool, hot tub, covered patio with a wood burning fireplace and full kitchen, plus - there is the view of a lifetime spanning across the entire Dry Creek Valley floor!

Our single favorite northern CA wine country villa

This was our second one-week stay in this villa, which remains our absolute favorite accommodation in the region when a larger home is required. The house, location, view, and amenities (pool,spa, fireplaces, Sonos, etc.) are absolutely top-notch and the fact that it's attached to a superlative young winery (Reeve) and off-grid makes us even happier. We could not recommend this place or its proprietors more unreservedly. Book it if you need 4 bedrooms and the time of your life.

Perfect location and spectacular views

Beautiful way to see Sonoma

Our group absolutely raved about the property and the hospitality during our stay. The location is also a great starting point for tastings in both Sonoma and Napa. The tasting at Reeve was delightful and we added on a chef dinner in the villa which was such a fun way to end the trip.

Fabulous stay

We had such a great stay at this property. The house and surrounding property are just beautiful. The house was so comfy and well appointed. The view was spectacular. We took a walk down the lane to visit the goats, saw deer and turkey daily. We very much enjoyed the wine at the Reeve tasting room. Sad to leave but know we will be back.

Magical Gathering

Family Wine Trip

We stayed here with our adult children and their significant others for 4 nights. It was absolutely AMAZING!! If I could give it 10 stars I would! The views are breathtaking and the house is set for couples with a beautiful area to entertain in! I love to cook, so we had dinners at the house after winery tours. Rose was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. The only drawback was that it is in a remote location (which adds to the beauty!!) and Ubers weren’t readily available. In hindsight I would have set up some drivers for winery tours since we were a large group. We were so sad to leave……don’t miss out on this incredible experience!!

Absolutely wonderful property with high quality furnishings, privacy and stunning west facing views of Dry Creek Valley. We stayed here to celebrate an 80th birthday and it rose to that occasion. Host was exceptionally communicative and helpful. We have stayed in many rentals in the area, and this now reigns supreme as the best.

Nice group setting among the vines

Beautiful property, just like the photos. Only drawback on this stay was that the dishwasher was labeled as broken (which we were not made aware of prior to arrival) so we spent a lot of time hand washing dishes for 8 people. And on the last morning the hot water heater did not work so we had to reset it. Otherwise it had a lot of group spaces for sitting around a meal and chatting after a day on wine tastings

A dream villa !!!!

Perfect spot for a wine weekend

Great spot for a wine weekend. The property was clean and had all the standard amenities. The house layout was perfect for a large group to enjoy each others company. We added the private chef dinner for one of the evenings and it was wonderful. Checkout process was very minimal and easy. Will definitely be back again.

Life’s Milestones

Four couples have gathered at least once a year to celebrate life and our special occasions. The Villa at Reeve didn’t disappoint. Our host was friendly and extremely responsive. We were so glad that we made plans to dine in every night. The kitchen, wine cave and gathering areas are spectacular. All four bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. Three of them have world class views out the French doors. We will return!

Amazing Property

Pictures truly do not do this place justice. My husband and I booked this for our wedding weekend and I am so happy we did. The view was absolutely stunning and made you feel like you were in Italy. The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Rose also gave us her number and was extremely helpful throughout the entire weekend. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for our special weekend!
