The 5 bedrooms all have bay windows giving access to a magnificent tree-lined, flat, enclosed garden and a heated and secure swimming pool; beautiful terraces. bowling alley at the back of the villa, ping pong table. BBQ available.
Good quality equipment and bedding.
'Return from the beach' area consisting of a shower, WC and laundry.
Personalized welcome with visit of the villa.
All amenities are nearby (900m from the center of Saint Lucia). The beautiful beach of Fautéa is 3 min by car and that of Pinarello 8 min;
Sailing school, boat rental and tennis in Pinarello.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. plenty of outdoor furniture.On the day of check in we were told the villa would not be available until 5pm, but it turned out it was ready by 4pm.The villa was well equipped with china, glasses and cutlery but the saucepans and frying pans were in a very poor condition, as were the chopping boards.These would be easy to replace.

Un havre de paix ! La maison est superbement amĂ©nagĂ©e : les chaises longues sont d une grande qualitĂ© et trĂšs nombreuses ! Le jardin, trĂšs grand, est superbe
 la piscine possĂšde un systĂšme de couverture, associĂ© Ă  une pompe Ă  chaleur : l eau Ă©tait entre 29/30 degrĂ©s, fin septembre ( il faisait beau mais les nuits fraĂźches) les grandes baies vitrĂ©es, dans toutes les piĂšces, apportent beaucoup de lumiĂšre et la sensation d ĂȘtre en communication avec les extĂ©rieur.Petit centre commercial Ă  5 mn ou l on trouve tout ( un plus pour l extraordinaire boulangerie)Nous n Ă©tions que deux avec notre chien mais les amĂ©nagements sont extrĂȘmement bien penses pour les enfants .Excellent sĂ©jour. Superbe emplacement.Un petit bĂ©mol : pas de Nespresso ( indispensable Ă  ce niveau de perfection) et batterie de cuisine hors d’ñge)

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Der Pool macht sehr viel Spaß. Aufteilung der RĂ€ume sind sehr gut. Bei uns mit zwei Familien hat es toll geklappt. In der B Note gibt es leider etwas AbzĂŒge. Die KĂŒchen Utensilien könnten bei dem Preis besser sein. Teller und GlĂ€ser sind leider nicht immer einheitlich. Leider werden auch die MĂŒlleimer hinterm Haus morgens zwischen 5.30 Uhr und 6.30 Uhr mit dem LKW geleert. FĂŒr Hunde ist das großzĂŒgige GrundstĂŒck sehr gut ausbruchsicher eingezĂ€unt. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé une trÚs belle semaine entre amis . La maison est trÚs bien aménagée pour que chacun conserve son intimité . Nous avons passons un excellent séjour, la maison est parfaite pour plusieurs familles avec enfants. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et agréables, la piscine est bien chauffée, nous avons pu en profiter tout les jours. La maison est bien equipée (machine à glacons pour les aperos,) nous avons profité surtout de la terasse et des exterieures. Contact facile avec la dame qui se charge du check in/out. Je recommande sans hésitation le logement

Villa trÚs agréable avec tout le nécessaire comme a la maison , la perfection rien a redire . Nous avons passé des super vacances. Le gros plus la piscine chauffée, les trois SDB , l'extérieur trÚs bien entretenu. Cette maison est un petit paradis Estelle la propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable et trÚs arrangeante. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter c'est certain . A proximité d'un supermarché u ,tabac , boulangerie, boucherie ...et bien sûr bonne localisation pour visiter le sud de la corse .

Villa de rĂȘve

Mobilier, électro ménager... l'équipement de la maison est complet et de trÚs bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits trÚs confortables. Des pastilles pour lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge, 2 sÚche-cheveux, 2 étendoirs, du charbon de bois et allume barbecue, une riche bibliothÚque, des jeux de sociétés, terrain de pétanque et boules, table de ping-pong avec balles et 4 raquettes, etc... tout est à disposition. Mis à part une cloche pour le micro-ondes, rien ne manque. La piscine est trÚs bien chauffée, c'est trÚs agréable en fin d'été. Dommage que le pisciniste, qui n'a pas pu effectuer le nettoyage de la piscine parce que les vacanciers précédent lui ont refusé l'accÚs pendant leur séjour, ne soit intervenu que 5 jours aprÚs notre arrivée. Les marches et les contours étaient un peu jaunùtre. ProblÚme avec le fonctionnement de la télé mais la propriétaire tout comme Nicole étaient facilement joignables et aimables et le technicien a pris le temps nécessaire pour résoudre le disfonctionnement. Attention à la robinetterie des douches qui est grippée et trÚs difficile à tourner et l'eau qui est brûlante (risque de brûlure). Petite suggestion : Un dépose bagages à disposition aprÚs le départ des vacanciers précédent, en attendant de pouvoir accéder à la propriété serait un plus trÚs appréciable.

Wir verbrachten im September 2023 2 herrliche Wochen in diesem wundervollen Haus. Wir haben es aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht und können uns nur anschließen! Die Beschreibung und die Fotos auf der Webseite entsprechen zu 100% der Wirklichkeit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos sowie die Betreuung vor Ort. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer kleinen Siedlung , jedoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und TraumstrĂ€nde umgehend erreichbar. Wir wĂŒrden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Top verblijf

Voor ons 25 jarig huwelijk met het hele gezin een week verbleven. Het is een ruim huis die gericht is op buiten. Het zwembad is erg groot en werd tijdens ons verblijf schoongemaakt. Inchecken was super de communicatie vooraf was erg duidelijk. Wij raden zeker mensen aan om hier te verblijven. Het enige minpunt vonden we dat binnen niet op 10 persoons gericht is qua zitplekken. Maar door het mooie weer hebben we ons prima gered.

Wunderschöner Familien-Urlaub

Die Villa eignet sich sehr gut fĂŒr Familien-Ferien. Wir sind mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkinder verreist und hatten viel Platz und der Pool war das Highlight fĂŒr Gross und Klein. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Unterhalt des GebĂ€udes könnte etwas besser sein, so mussten wir die quitschenden TĂŒren erst mal ölen und bei den Duschen sind die Armaturen sehr verklemmt, so dass man mit viel Kraft drehen musste, was sicher leicht behoben werden könnte. FĂŒr uns jedoch nur nebensĂ€chlich, da wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub auch an den TraumstrĂ€nden rund um Porto Vecchio verbringen konnten. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen und auch diese Unterkunft wĂ€hlen. Der freundliche Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war auch ausgezeichnet. Herzlichen Dank.

Superbe villa

TrĂšs bon accueil par la personne qui gĂšre la villa, aussi bien Ă  l’arrivĂ©e qu’au dĂ©part Superbe villa, trĂšs bien placĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e. AprĂšs un petit couac au dĂ©but avec la climatisation nous avons pu profiter de nos vacances. Belle piscine et espace dĂ©tente bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Villa sous vidĂ©o surveillance (non stipulĂ© dans l’annonce). Le seul point nĂ©gatif, nous concernant, est la venue inopinĂ©e du concierge, rĂ©parateur de climatisation et pisciniste durant notre absence et sans en avoir Ă©tĂ© avisĂ©s ainsi que l’oubli d’avoir fermĂ© la porte d’entrĂ©e en laissant les clĂ©s sur la porte (par le rĂ©parateur) alors que nous avions de la liquiditĂ© et des « objets » de valeurs
 mĂȘme si ça se passe comme ça en Corse, selon les dire de Mme Castel, il n’y a pas que des honnĂȘtes gens qui viennent en Corse
 De plus je ne comprends pas pourquoi il est stipulĂ© dans le mail qu’on reçoit Ă  notre arrivĂ©e que la villa doit ĂȘtre rendue propre mĂȘme si nous avons pris l’option mĂ©nage
 le but de prendre cette option est de ne pas faire le mĂ©nage qui est facturĂ©e une centaine d’euros
.
